Hotel & Suites PF

The location is great for sightseeing, you can walk to a lot of places (perhaps the Centro Histórico is a tad bit too far away for this, but the rest of things I did were all close by). The room was super spacious and I liked the design. Didn{t use the kitchen for much, but it seemed good enough. Staff was generally great. The room service was delicious and well priced, I found.

The fact that reception phoned in to check whether I wanted room cleaning on days I put the "don't disturb" sign up was puzzling.

the walls are too thin and you can hear noise from other bedrooms and hallways

- convenient location, reliable wifi, daily cleaning, everything in the room worked fine - highlight of our stay was a doorman/security guard who gave us the warmest greetings every time we came back

- the King rooms feel like dungeons because they are tiny and have no windows - get a room with Double Queens instead, same price but literally twice the size and big windows (pricing makes no sense) - no mini-fridge so can’t keep food overnight

Hotel was hard to find at first, because there's a sister hotel with an almost-identical name around the corner, and Uber's map always sent taxis there by default, so it was a 2 minute extra walk but it wasn't a big deal.

Location is very central and easy to get to and from places. The hotel inside is bright and comfortable and the rooms are really nice and big with comfortable clean beds. You get a safe in your closet which is a bonus.

The shower was a mess. They way it was set up it would get the full floor wet. We tried multiple ways to avoid it, but it would still get everything wet. The bathroom as well smelled really bad every time we'd come back. It was the smell of sewer and not nice. We would flush the toiled and it would help, but yeah they should def. take a look at what is causing this smell.

The location for us was perfect as we had friends staying at the Four Seasons and it was only a 10 min walk. We had a King Suite that was clean and the bed for us was very comfortable.

We took a King Suite as we liked the idea of having a kitchenette. There were no utensil, no bowls or plates and the worst was there was no coffee maker. It had a microwave, a cooktop and a refrigerator . We ended up not using it the way we wanted even though we paid extra .

It was a good location for the Park and was surrounded by great restaurants. It was walkable to the historic centre if you are fit and it is not too hot.

Fridge could have been quieter. The road was a little noisy but not too bad and I would not mark it down for it. Bed was hard but that suits me

staff was very friendly and helpful. they really made everything possible for us to have a great and comfortable stay - they moved us when we weren’t happy with the room; they organized a trustworthy driver ; gave us all kind of information and simply were great. the room was comfy and we enjoyed our stay a lot as three female friends. location was superb for us - close to restaurants, cafes and bars. we would come back for sure!

I really enjoyed my stay here. When I first got out of the taxi there was a member of staff already waiting to take my bags into the hotel. The staff are really friendly even though I did not speak a word of Spanish!. I got a suite with a kitchnette, it was clean and was a really nice size. Housekeeping delivered water everyday. I got a flat screen TV in my room and airconditioning was spot on, kept my room nice and cool. I cannot say enough how much I enjoyed my stay here and I would stay again for sure. Wifi was strong as well. 10/10 Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Everything was excellent. There wasnt anything I did not like. It was a really nice place to stay and I would stay again. Thank you.
