The location of the place is prime. We felt safe and we love that it is very clean.

Because it is next to the main road, it is load and the building tend to shake a little. Communication with the host lag a little. I never got a respond about asking to checkout at noon instead of 11am. I felt since we didn’t check in until after 9am this could be possible. Other than that I would go back with friends again and stay here.

The host was great. The location is one of the best in the city. The apartment moves a little, but they do tell you this is normal in this area of town, it is wobbly. I loved this petite space for my Mexico city trip.

For me it was really good, but if you are someone who is really tall maybe you will have a hard time fitting in the apartment.

Very comfy beds, great fridge/ chill area, security guard made you feel very safe, shower was amazing

Even though noise cancelling room could still hear alot of road noises!

NOISE/NOISE/NOISE…The property sits at the corner of two very busy streets and a police station. Their is significant noise from the street -horns/motorcycles/cars/sirens/people yelling/fire trucks/whistles to the point that the hotel distributes 2 sets of ear plugs in each room on check in. My initial room was on the first floor and it was impossible to sleep.. They relocated me to a upper level room which did diminish the noise at nite to some degree-but during the day with maximal street noise.. it was difficult to even hear a telephone call. The bathroom is so small that access to the sink is not possible with the door open. The bathroom door must be closed in order to use the sink.

The staff were responsive and pleasant. I approached the staff about the noise issue and they acknowledged it,apologized and relocated me to an upper level room-which was only marginally better. They do provide ear plus for all rooms.

NOISE.NOISE.NOISE The hotel is located at the corner of two busy streets and near a police station. There is constant sirens/horns/truck noise/car noise/whistles/people yelling/ and traffics audible from the rooms at all times. My original room was a first floor and it was impossible to sleep so they relocated me to an upper floor which was marginally better. The management is aware of the issue and gives each room two sets of ear plugs. Additionally the property is refurbishing the third floor and there is constant construction noise during the day. Stay away if quiet is what you desire. An additional issue is the bathroom is so small that the bathroom door must be closed in order to fully access the sink.

The place was newer, it had keyless entry into the units, and the rooftop was nice.

There is no front desk. There is no one there to help you check-in or answer any questions you might have. There is a security guard, but that is his only job, not concierge. Also, I do speak some Spanish, but security doesn't speak any English, so I would say that the property is NOT bilingual, as listed. No HOT WATER the first day until late in the afternoon. They are not available to answer questions 24/7 like they say they are. Took 3 hours for someone to get back with me when I asked my first question the night I checked-in. All I asked was whether they had umbrellas. The next day when the water was only COLD, they didn't respond for an hour, no solution. Finally many hours later they showed up to test the water...which of course, was working at that point in time. All amenities listed are NOT in the room. Missing a number of things...no one to ask about those things, again. Poor communication. Very very limited gym (2 machines and weights only) - One of the machines was broken and unusable...again, sent them a message about it and got a response about 10 hours later. The building is on literally the loudest, busiest street I've ever stayed on...and I live in Chicago on a busy street, by the train...so I am used to lots of noise...and I still got woken up all night long, every night. Given a 1st floor unit on that very busy street and the black-out blinds had a solid 3-inch gap between them in the bedroom, so at night anyone walking by could see directly into the bedroom and the bed. Not private at all. I would avoid this property at all costs...unless it happens to be the cheapest thing you can find...it was wildly overpriced for the experience I received.
