NH Collection Mexico City Reforma

In the room, everything was working exactly as expected, without bad surprises(what sometimes happens in hotels). The combination of the chair and a small table is awesome, it was probably possible to live in this chair! I was working/having calls, relaxing, eating, and just enjoying the city view in the chair, and even started to think of buying it for my house. The city view is also gorgeous! Breakfast was tasty and varied enough not to get tired from the same food every day.

There are some clubs around the hotel and from 7-10 p.m. to 2-3 a.m. every day music was playing. In the room, I only heard it a little and it does not affect you when you are awake, but during falling asleep for the sensitive to the sounds People better take earplugs(but if in the evening you are tired and want to sleep, like myself, it is not an issue) Also, you better have home slippers or something like that, because the floor is not so cold, but with time your legs are frozen(it is not an issue of the hotel, it happens everywhere in Mexico City because of the climate)

What a fantastic hotel! Wonderfully friendly staff in every department who couldn't do enough for you. Very large room with one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in! Nice to have a seperate seating area with table, and I loved having a balcony. The complimentary bottle water which was replenished every day was a lovely touch, as was the coffee maker. Buffet breakfast was fabulous, with a very large selection to choose from. I didn't have the opportunity to use the rooftop pool, but enjoyed sitting up there with a cocktail or beer sometimes! Hotel was the perfect location for exploring Mexico City, and I can't wait to stay here again.

The fact that I couldn't stay longer!

The hotel was amazing and we really enjoyed all of our stay there - perfect location for sightseeing and bars, we really loved the area so much. The hotel was very clean, room was perfect for our needs.. big sized room with an amazing balcony overlooking the city. Staff were all very helpful and kind, especially would like to mention and thank MarÍa Lazalde (Luly) She was incredibly kind, took a great pride in her work and always went the extra mile to make guests feel welcomed and at ease during their stays… she really is a great credit to the hotel!! Mayela also was very helpful during our stay… big thank you to all the staff for making our stay so special.

Nothing…. only small negative is the pool could do with some improvements to make it more of a special area.

Bell boys along with maids, were incredibly nice and servicial, they forgot to put towels in my room but they came up instantly with them, always on point and willing to help out.

I was very disappointed by the reception people in general I did not have once a nice person to attend me, they did not treat me like a guest. Also, the pool was disgusting, there was bandaids floating around and balls of hair. Also they are not giving me my tax invoice, so if you are traveling for work, beware, it seems like they don't care to give tax invoices.

Breakfast sucks, But the location is great, Great food around the area, It feels safe walking outisde. I would diffently good & state here again

The food was over priced & didn't tasted good at all

We were extremely lucky as we got a room with the balcony and wonderful view on the city. The location was not too noisy. The breakfast was very tasty. A lot of fresh fruit every day. But our special thanks goes to Don Jesus, he advised us very well for a nice hot air balloon trip. Most importantly, he fixed our taxi to my friends wedding that was 2 hours drive from CMXD. He saved us as we could not get the taxi as it was Friday afternoon. What a dedicated employee!

Pricing didn't include breakfast, but the breakfast at the restaurant was american, continental or healthy, this 3 options. Price is separate, I think it must be lower price for the guests. Food and beverage was good, quite fresh and complete.

I had to call more than twice and three times everyday to ask for refill of amenities (coffee, tea, cream, sugar, sweetener, water, shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion and fresh towels). The condition of towels weren't brand new. Coffee machine had to be replaced the first day, didn't work well.

The hotel is in a good location, I had 4 rooms 3 of them were ok, one was really poor, old and not refurbished as the others. In the hallway you could find a pice of wood on the floor as if it was tryibg to hide something all the 4 rooms were on the eight floor

Great hotel with fantastic pool and gym and nice, big rooms. Location was ideal for us. The lady organising tours was very kind, room was always very clean!

Slow check-in procedure and room key had to be reactivated 4 (!) times over the course of our stay. It seemed the staff was incapable of getting rid of whatever caused this issue… It was annoying to go down to the reception again and again. We left a book, sunscreen and glasses at the pool when we went for lunch and it was all gone when we came back after an hour. Clearly, it was our mistake to have left it there but you wouldn’t really expect stuff to disappear in such a hotel.

Hotel met our expectations. Staff was always friendly and helpful (at check in, printing documents, cleaning, request for extra shower gel, shoe polish, etc.). Requested a room with a nice view beforehand and the hotel did not disappoint (15th floor, corner room). Gym and pool area were quiet (and fully stocked with water/towels). Location is good/quite central (if you can say this in Mexico City...). Would come back again.

Nothing major. Gym booking app was sometimes slow to respond/struggled to book slots (due to COVID) on the same day. Shower door sometimes caused a bit of flooding in the bathroom.
