Eurostars Zona Rosa Suites

Our time in Mexico City was excellent, and we would like to thank Eurostars Zona Rosa and their staff for exemplary customer service. The entire front desk staff was great, including the doorman, and cleaning staff. They were so friendly and kind. The hotel was about a three-block walk to the Metro, which made it very easy to commute around the city. There are plenty of restaurants and stores in the neighborhood, which is a plus and very safe. Also, a 24hr pharmacy a few feet from the hotel. This will be important if you become ill. Lastly, we were there to celebrate my husband's birthday, and they were kind enough to bring him a little birthday cake. How sweet!! In all my travels across the world, I have never experienced such superb service. With that said, when we come back to town we will stay here again!! Everything was great.

Staff were nice, spoke English and there was a lady, we think the manager, who provided really great customer service. The room was big, decent views from 10th floor and housekeeping were consistently good. The shower temperature was great and beds very comfy! Super convenient location with all the shops nearby.

Fri-Sun nights are noisy as the hotel is in the heart of Zona Rosa, hubby slept through it but I needed ear plugs. It's not a 5 star like the big hotel chains, but for the price you shouldn't expect that, all in all its good value for money.

Im so glad I stayed here! The location is amazing! I could walk to everything! And at night, the big street behind the hotel turns into a walking market with all sorts of food and trinkets. Yes, the hotel decor isn't modern...but it didn't matter! I was so comfortable! PLUS I accidentally left my ring in my hotel room when I checked out - I called them, they found it and held it until a friend could come to get it. Amazing staff!

I used to love staying here as suites had jacuzzi and spacious plus quiet on top

It is practically impossible to sleep due the noise of the clubs and shops underneath ( both streets) the reception even offers ear plugs- not suited for quiet customers

Location was awesome. I usually stay for business at the Sheraton a couple blocks away. For pleasure you are in the middle of the action. Good price for the breakfast. You can order outside of the buffet, like an omelette. Staff is very helpful,. The maids cleaned my room immaculately. Check out the rooftop, nice for the view and chill.

If you sleep earlier than midnight from Wednesday to Saturday you better bring earplugs! The outside music fom the bars can be heard. It goes along with territory if you want to have nightlife in the middle of the city.

The Location was great, zona rosa. However, it might not be for everyone, it's an old location, safe, secure, but with a party pub scene, although loud, it isn't dangerous, as you have the gov security office just 2 streets away, loaded with police personnel. For new places, you would have to live in Polanco, but that is far from city centre attractions or Condesa. The staff was terrific, the laundry was superb, great service, clean environment. Although an old hotel, it had windows, the toilet and sheets were clean. I would stay here again next time if I had the choice!

The breakfast was soso, the "hot" food cooked by the cook wasn't great, although the selection of fruits and yogurt and drinks was excellent.

The staff was great and willing to help at all times. Good area. Close to everything. Walking distance to interest areas like Chapultepec, Angel de la Independencia, Museo de Antropología, Nice Restaurants and Bars

First, we stayed on the 9th floor but after two nights we had to request to switch room because of the noise (Hotel is located at a very busy area with many bars and becomes noisy at night); administration solve the issue right away and we were moved right away to a different room.

The location is fantastic, close to everything! Within walking distance to food, fun, pharmacy, and anything else you can think of. The hotel staff is great, it was my birthday and they surprised me with a small cake. They didn’t have to do that but they went out of their way and I really appreciate it. The hotel is very accommodating, I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip.

The only thing that I can complain about is that the mattress was a bit too firm for us.

Located right in the middle of everything and close to the subway station, Bosque Chapultepec, and Paseo de la Reforma. I have been to this hotel few years ago and I was a little deceived with it but this time, I was amazed by all, they really improved and the staff is amazing. Great room, great mattress, great bed linen, the size of the room, great shower, hot water and really quiet even if close to all bars in Zona Rosa

Nothing, everything was perfect

This is a well managed property. Friendly, helpful and extremely efficient front desk staff. Large rooms. The junior suite we had was big, nicely furnished and comfortable. Good location near lots of restaurants. Small gym and a nice terrace on top floor. Cleaning service was excellent. I was very happy with the property.

There is a nice looking Italian restaurant down the street called Raffaello. Looks can be deceiving. Do not make the same mistake that we did. Do not go there. The service was mediocre and the food was worse.
