Modern new building in a great location. Building well maintained with front desk staff 24/7. Two large rooms with high ceilings. Very nice layout with living room, kitchenette, large bedroom with king size bed and with adjacent large bathroom. also has a nice large rooftop to enjoy the outdoor. Three levels with 8 units on each level and we liked not being a huge building with too many units.

Lightning dim upon entry to the building. Bedroom lightning quite modern and a little dim. Had to request toilet paper couple times over the 8 nights stay. Have to ask for clean towels once.

This was the BEST accommodation!! We absolutely loved the amazing staff (thank you Norman!) as well as how secure the building is (24/7 security). Norman also spoke perfect English which was really handy as we don’t speak any Spanish and he made himself available whenever we needed. He even allowed us to check in early and store our bags from as early as 9am. It’s located right in Roma Norte, close to all the awesome bars and restaurants (Rosetta, Huset, Maximo). As soon as you step out there are dozens of cafes, cool shops and awesome things to do. We loved how big the rooms were and the great decor. The kind beds are really large and comfortable, lots of fresh towels, a few complementary drinks in the mini bar and two tvs. You can also do all your washing in the down stairs laundry facilities. The air conditioning was a lifesaver. There is a rooftop garden if you want to bring some pastries or coffee up there and relax for a bit. Thank you again for such an amazing stay!

I loved the location and the facility is very modern and clean. There is no restaurant in the building but across the street, there is an excellent restaurant called Maiz Tinto, we ate there twice, and plenty of coffee shops. The area is very nice and walkable. It feels more like an Airbnb than a hotel. They have ports and pans but it is hard to cook there since there is no utensils. They have bikes but Mexico city is not safe for bikers.

The coffee maker did not work, but it really did not matter to us since in the corner of the street there is an excellent coffee shop. There is no cleaning service. Please bring your toiletries because they only provide liquid soap and shampoo.

Great location to enjoy Roma and the surrounding areas. Clean and comfortable rooms and furnishing. A very nice kitchen. Beautiful modern architecture. Nice staff. Quiet indoor environment. Our balcony is lined with big trees so we do not need to use screens to have privacy.

We stayed for 4 nights. There was no daily room cleaning service. I had to call to request a set of clean towels. They have a 24 hours on site security so maybe they can provide a trash collection and clean towels exchange in case the guests need them.

I was unsure about staying at an apartment-hotel but the whole experience was not different from staying at a hotel. There was always staff at the reception and there's daily housekeeping. The location was amazing (many cafes, shops and restaurants around), staff was friendly, room was spacious and beautifully designed exactly as pictured, air conditioning provided a slice of heaven after a hot day outside.

- it's odd that you dont have a key/fob to get into the building so you have to wait for security to let you in each time. It only takes 2 mins at most, it is just unusual. - a rooftop pool or bar would be 👌🏼 - it is a lovely space but could be levelled up!

The location was perfect. Walking distance to anything in Roma Norte and Condesa, and a longer walk to places like Polanco. Loved the modern decor and feel of the place. The "apartment" was huge, with a furnished kitchenette and even had water / beer / coke in the fridge waiting for us.

A pool would have made this place perfect. That and thicker walls, you could definitely hear other people.

The location is perfect w many restaurants & bars nearby. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and patient to help me solving my booking issues.

Actually not so much - I saw some negative reviews saying the checked in complicated and rooms have noise issue but was not my case at all. My recommendation to the hotel would be: 1) prepare some converters for chargers; 2) put an vendor machine in the lobby since there is no mini bar in the rooms.

Such an amazing location! Truly cannot be beat. The accommodation itself was lovely - clean, comfortable, so so much space, and great facilities.

Sound and noise travels quite a bit in the building. Our room faced into the internal courtyard which looked into other rooms unless you had the blinds totally down. I think next time I’d book one facing the street instead. But these are only minor complaints - it was a wonderful accommodation.

Rooms were modern and well appointed with nice furnishings. Floor to ceiling windows with lots of light. The location was superb!

Beds were hard and pillows too firm which made for uncomfortable night of sleep. Street noise is loud if you have a room facing the street. Since the property was so nice and we were willing to overlook the hard beds and noise.
