Sonder La Cima

- very new and modern - easy to handle, all online or via the app - great location in the middle of Roma Norte - washing machine and dryer (including detergent and softener) free to use - incredible value for money compared to other offerings

- if anything, the floor could have been vacuumed one more time before we entered but there were really just a few hairs on the floor, nothing else to complain about

Check-in process out of booking. I even wanted to cancel my reservation (but i couldn't do it as the penalty was 100%) because I didn't want to install another app, spend time, and share personal information with untrusty part. Overall.experience on site was nice.

This is a very new property in the Roma neighborhood. Location is pretty good. Lots of restaurants, cafes, convenience store nearby as well as public transportation. There's even a nearby outdoor/street market at some days of the week. The building is secure. Has a security personnel and luggage storage. The studio has complete amenities. Big TV. Comfortable bed and fluffy pillows. Lots of lighting. Kitchen is stocked with kitchenware and dinnerware. Big ref. Spacious room. Has an in-house laundry and coffee lounge.

However, the Netflix in the unit I stayed in isn't setup/signed in (the other unit I stayed in at the same building has Netflix). The check-in time of 4pm is also a little later than the normal 1 to 3 pm compared to other properties.

Location is fantastic - all of the most important places in the capital are accessible from Roma Norte. The neighbourhood is quite and safe. The room was equipped with everything we needed + air conditioning was a plus. On the ground floor there was reception (Sonder Cielo).

The reservation was changed one day before from Sonder La Cima to Sonder La Aria to Sonder La Cielo what caused a little nervoused atmosphere (but communication was in order). There were quite loud parties in the building in the night and noone reacted.

I didn’t like having to come down and sign in anyone visiting me.

Excellent location, great value

The unit was a little cramped, space wise. It could have been cleaner, the floors were not that clean & some of the furniture had dust

Good location in a busy area. Modern facilities. Easy access with door codes. Helpful staff. Kitchenette was properly equipped, it even had a blender which came super handy. Nice washroom. Comfortable bed.

It was a shame that the photos they use to advertise the property are not accurate at all. The rooms did not look like advertised at all, and the so-called ‘co-working space’ is a dark room in the 7th floor. Quite depressing. They need to manage guests expectations better. It’s great there’s two laundry rooms but they are kinda messy, so it needs some work. The studio had a dining table but not very useful to do work. As mentioned, the ‘co-working space’ was depressing, so I needed to look for a better place to work while in the city, which defeated to purpose. The pricing was fair, so I give them a 7.8/10.

we had issues with an AC unit in a room leaking (leaked all over personal items), a door to the balcony in a room could not be closed (letting bugs in), and on our last night we didn’t have any running and had to check in to a different hotel the next morning just to use their facilities.
