An excellent more traditional type of accommodation compared to hotels. Graham is very personable, organised, and flexible.I was coming from a wedding; he stayed up to welcome me at 12:20 am, when I would have been happy with access via a keysafe. Breakfast timing and content is pretty much whatever you want, was ready for me on time, and was ample quantity. Parking available outside his back garden gate was useful for me. The bedroom was quiet and comfortable, with the usual "trimmings". Incredibly good value. the Swanley Premier Inn cost twice as much, the Rowhill Grange Hotel Complex, (where the wedding took place), was over four times as pricey. Stay in Rowhill if you seek 5* luxury. I just needed sleep and food!

Decor is a little dated. I liked it; some may not. I only mention this because I cannot find any real fault or negative with this b&b.

Enjoyed my two night stay very much. Graham is a friendly and welcoming host. The room is comfortable and clean, has a decent size desk which was handy for doing work related stuff on, good size flat screen TV which is linked to the internet for catch-up, Netflix and Youtube etc.. Separate toilet and bathroom next door, all good. Plenty of free street parking at the side of the property. Nice freshly cooked breakfast done to order. Close to the Dartford crossing junction on the M25 and about a mile or so from Dartford town centre. If, like me, you are a business traveller it's a well-priced place to stay.

The place was very neat with sparkling white bedsheets which I love so much. The bathroom was immaculate. On the cabin was morning prayer and evening prayer nicely pasted. So I conveniently said my morning prayers and evening prayers before I took my bath. I really cherished that so much.

if the carpet on the stairs (when climbing upstairs) could be changed, that would be wonderful.

Graham & Anne were just ever so sweet ☺️ I enjoyed how homely it felt straight away when arrived, breakfast was great had the fry (many options to choose from) bed was super comfortable, nice and toasty as weather was really bad night of staying.

Only thing I had bother with was the pipes in bedroom squeaked when shower was in use an I was woken up early with this an the shower mat could've been newer or cleaner

As soon as I got to the door Anna and Graham treated me with love and kindness, that you don't find in a hotel. I was made to feel that I was part of the household. My room was on the 1st floor with the toilet next to me. I felt really good just sitting and unpacking. It was clean and very comfortable. There was plenty of leaflets of what to see in Dartford. After a good nights sleep went down to the breakfast with a view. I was looking into a garden of 70 years of love and toil . It should be bottled or on the NHS . Anna and Graham had a wealth of knowledge and information about Dartford. I went for a walk and found the Ship. Good Atmosphere. Another walk then the Bird in the hand. Good beergardan. Then home. Really easy to get on Wifi and with a good quality tv.

I didn't like having to leave , it was really difficult to get my emotions in check. The other thing was that I didn't see much of Dartford. But I was only there to charge my batteries for 2 nights.

Because of a function I was due to attend Graham was very accommodating in allowing me to check in early. I was warmly welcomed on arrival and shown to my room which was comfortable warm and clean. Breakfast was of my choice and I opted for the full English which was superb. Very happy with my stay and would highly recommend.

Grahame was very Polite and helpful. The room had all the comforts required for a Good sleep in warmth and comfort. Breakfast was really Nice and specially cooked. My wake up time was no problem for the Host to accommodate 6am Tea coffee in the room Biscuits TV you have your own key for Access.

Anne and Graham are excellent hosts. The place is so lovely feeling like home. The English breakfast was so fantastic taste and there was a perfect view through their beautiful garden. I consider the best B&B in UK. Much appreciated for your hospitality.

Anne and Graham were really lovely! Breakfast was very nice and the bed was comfortable. Price reflects the room well.

Was quite difficult to find as I wasn't expecting a house. WiFi unfortunately didn't work but Graham went above and beyond to help me connect. The room (and bathroom) was super religious. As a non-religious person, it made me feel a tad uncomfortable as I wasn't used to being surrounded by prayers and crosses.

A wonderful family run B and B, a beautiful garden, an extensive choice for breakfast,very accommodating and afable host's, nice comfy and homely rooms,each with a good selection of interesting books to read. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.
