Very friendly staff- Alex was lovely! Lovely, spacious, clean room.

Hubby thought the bed was fine, but I thought it was a bit hard. No face washer provided (although it seams that's normal in the UK?) The shower has a curtain 🤢 and there was no way to stop it sticking 😔 There is a factory over the road whiring all night. We heard the people above us, sounded like they were stomping around, so not very soundproof in that direction. Looks like a lot of complaints but they are all really small things and we actually enjoyed our stay! 😁

We had a ground floor, accessible room with on-suite shower room which was ideal as my partner is mobility impaired. The hotel is very clean and quiet; note there is no restaurant or bar on site, although hot snacks are available from the adjoining shop. Extra teababgs and milk were readily provided upon request, although note there are no staff on site during the night, entry to the hotel at these times being by swipe card only. The hotel is ideal for tourists wishing to explore Eyemouth and the surrounding area.

No plug in the bathroom sink meant shaving under running water - not good for the environment! Also a vending machine of some kind in the hotel might be an idea.

The need to access the toilet during the night is not unknown, particularly for older people..... Total darkness in an unfamiliar space could lead to a fall. To miimise this risk we left the bathroom door cracked open and the light on. However, this meant that the ventilation fan ran all night, wasting elecricity. May I suggest that a small LED nightlight is fitted to all rooms (above the bathroom door?) Small porable USB verions are available for 80p (Amazon) and I have now bought a few for future use. They can plug into a phone battery or charger or even a laptop USB socket.

What a brilliant find this was, perfect for business travellers. I would describe the room as the same standard as a Premier Inn, for a quarter of the price. Massive room, clean and comfortable. Free WiFi. Hot and powerful shower. The check-in process was excellent and seamless, despite me arriving late. ( You must call ahead if you are due after 7pm). Will definitely book again.

TV was tiny. No sockets besides the bed.

The hotel looks fairly new and is very well appointed. Massive car park. Very attractive reception area and lovely big room, very comfortable bed and beautiful bathroom. Very clean, too. Local information supplied, very handy and tv channel numbers supplied too. Best lighting we have had in three weeks of travelling.

Absolutely nothing. Everything is great.

Good sized room, large comfortable bed and convenient location, being only a 10-15 minute walk into town and easy access to all key roads to local attractions. Friendly staff on reception and has Spar shop and garage adjacent to the site.

Nothing significant but would suggest metal teaspoons rather than plastic as they melt in boiling water.

Communication with Alex was fantastic and he made sure that we had everything we needed, even though we were arriving later than their regular check in times. The room was excellent, spacious and comfortable with a good en-suite bathroom. Plenty of free parking on-site and while its not located in the middle of the town, it's not a long walk into the center and to the sea. Over all, a great stay!

Lovely clean, smart, light and airy room, very comfortable bed. Extremely quiet, lovely friendly and helpful staff.

It would have been more convenient had breakfast been provided, or some facility for preparing food ie mini fridge, toaster/microwave etc. ( I fully appreciate that these things are difficult as there will always be some that would abuse such things)

Rooms were clean and facilities good - functional and great value. Alex was exceptionally helpful recommending where we could get early breakfast and offering secure storage for bikes. He was attentive and provided us with hospitality trays at no extra charge Used as a stop over on Coast & Castles bike ride - would highly recommend to other groups

Wi-Fi additional charge and reception bad in rooms but minor point

Its really central to Eyemouth centre and the route to Berwick, rooms were really clean and staff very helpful, plus shop right across the road from it, so everything at hand, on day of leaving I actually left my phone on the table, and cleaner checked our room as soon as we left, and we were in the car park and she came down and gave me it, I was away to check my bag for it anyway, but was lovely of her to do so, we will definately be back

It would of been nice if it had a vending machine with crisps, sweets, cans of juice etc, but not superficial, also would of been great if there was breakfast facilities but again can get downtown so not really a issue
