Admiral Hotel at Park Avenue

At check moved to the KINGSWAY PARK HOTEL a few doors down from the Admiral , similar building, same ownership. Was fine, friendly staff, little single room on top floor quiet and clean and comfortable'

Shower compartment in room was small with awkward access but shower worked OK. In this old building there is no lift (as I knew beforehand) but stairs are quite steep and narrow and could be a problem for people with mobility issues

Excellent location easy walk to train/underground

No lift, wouldn't recommend if you have difficulty climbing stairs, 4 flights to our room very difficult getting suitcases up and down

The staff are lovely and friendly and helpful. I mentioned it was my birthday and they went out of their way to make it special, leaving a card, balloons and a bottle in the room for no additional costs!! Perfect location for winter wonderland and easy to travel or walk to the other places :) wonderful stay will definitely be returning! Parking was also a bonus and a great price for the day, they even let us park a little longer for no extra charge. This place really know how to deliver good customer service! The breakfast was also delicious, so much better than expected in every way! Would recommend!

Nothing really it's perfect for the price

We were changed to the partnerhotel "Kensington" which is just two doors further and has the same receptions. Reason was the possibility to have two adjacent rooms, so this was a very nice move of the hotel. The hotel is, regarding the cost, absolutely recommended. Don't expect any luxury, it's a hotel to sleep and have breakfast. Full english with toast, nothing else, but it is fair enough. The location is pretty close to Paddington, so no problem getting anywhere in London. Anyway, you have a good internet connection an can watch a movie on NEtflix or whatever streaming service your customer of in the evening as all the rooms seem to have a propert TV.

Our Rooms were at the 4th floor. There is no elevator and I'm talking about high ceilings, so you know after climbing wat you did. Afer the first night, we took everything to start with us to breakfast, so we didn't have to get back up again ;) Besides this, nothing to worry about, just be sure to know what kind of category you book and can expect for this price.

Close to restaurants and station. Breakfast lovely, USB sockets in room. Large tv. Hair dryer. Shampoo and shower gel supplied. Kettle and drink sachets supplied. Comphy bed and quilt.

We were not told we had to check in at the hotel 2 doors down and that our room was in the hotel 2 doors down, not the admiral hotel that we booked. Luckily a resident came out and told us as when we rang the phone number attached to the booking it was non existent. No sauna as we were put in different hotel very unexpected.
