One Hundred Shoreditch

The hotel interior design is lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Cocktails at the rooftop bar were excellent. Air con in the room was much appreciated. The room was well equipped with all we needed. Location was perfect for walking to bars, restaurants and cafes we had planned to visit. We were also able to walk back from a festival we attended and avoid the busy tube.

The hotel took a very sizeable deposit of £200 for 2 nights which was returned to us the day after we checked out. However, I feel that that should be made clear before booking. £100 per night is a large amount of money to be leaving someone's account if they've budgeted for their trip and spending money. It wasn't an issue for us but still felt underhand that we weren't told about this before we checked in.

This hotel was fantastic. Our room was spacious and the decor was very considered and stylish. although on a busy road there was no noise. The bathroom was great, with good quality toiletries and the shower was excellent. There was a water dispenser on each floor which was great! The staff were great, warm, welcoming and very helpful. The location was great, there were tonnes of places to eat and drink at in the area and the hotel is very close to public transport.

Nothing, I loved it.I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

great decor, foyer & lounges. Staff friendly & helpful. They also left a cake in our room for my daughter’s birthday, which was a nice touch.

I appreciate the hotel is on Shoreditch High Street but we could hear the noise from the people enjoying the bars at night. We were at the front of the hotel on the main road. This is something I should have anticipated. I didn’t complain, so maybe they would have moved us?? I added breakfast on my booking but no orange juice included or toast so this was billed to my room. It is usually included in breakfast that cost £25 pp.

Great location, clean, comfortable rooms, great bed, beautiful design, nice and helpful staff, water and soda taps on every floor!

It's not our first time staying here and we usually have a wonderful time... During this stay, we arrived to check in exactly at 3pm as it says but we were told our room isn't ready. Being 8 months pregnant and with a toddler I asked for another room. We waited for half an hour and were told, not with a lovely tone, that the rooms are not clean and a lot of people are checking in. Which is no excuse because this is the checking time at the hotel! She even rolled her eyes at us. We booked two rooms, one with a cot and one without. Eventually when we got our room we saw that the one with the cot is the small studio and the one without is the big one...which made no sense so we had to go and ask to change to another room.

nice door staff and generally a good vibe, very much same as Ace hotel - loads of young trendy people in turtle necks and Cubitts clear frame glasses deciding their next tiktok content on the communal table. rooms have had a great refresh, comfy bed and super clean. nice interiors throughout.

shower was a bit basic, bath didn’t drain I expect it will be quite noisy when busy if you’re near a lift. as ever CRAZY in room prices, if you’re going to sell Pringles for £4 at least get tubes that don’t have the 75p price printed on them.

Hotel was great and exceeded my expectations. The design is flawless, even down to its own signature scent. It has a cool great vibe and is also good for people watching. I liked it so much I extended my trip to stay there an extra night. The staff is really nice and helpful and the quality is consistent. It is a bit pricey, but it’s worth it. There is great shopping and food within walking distance. It’s close to Spitalfields Market which is really fun. It is a bit far from Heathrow, but also worth it.

The only thing I will say is I stayed in two different rooms both of my trips and if you want a quieter room they can help you, as the rooms with adjoining rooms are a bit louder because you can hear your neighbors a bit more. But they do have quieter rooms, just let them know.

Clean modern with comfortable high quality bed and nice bathroom. The “studio” had no kitchen but sofa area and a table and two dining chairs.

Rather pretentious concept hotel, constant emailing about their other “services” and concepts. Front Desk staff were helpful but a bit simple. Took two goes to get a room with a bathtub. Hotel Policy is also to take 100 pounds per night of your stay case you have room service. I protested but only got one night taken off. That’s a huge amount to have blocked on your card. No breakfast included in the very high room rate but why would you when you charge 24 pounds for a fry up.

The location is brilliant, the reception and bar area are stylish and spacious. The bed was very comfortable.

We weren't told we needed to book a space on the rooftop bar if we wanted to have a drink up there, which was disappointing. The mirror in the room didn't have any plug sockets anywhere near it, so was hard to use when drying/styling hair.

Stylish hotel, with nice cafe on the ground floor. Staff were welcoming and hospitable. Well located for both Shoreditch High St and Columbia Road Flower Market.

Only suggestions to possibly improve my stay are related to the practicality of the room. For example, the bathroom was designed without a rail or hook for a hand towel next to the sink. There also didn't appear to be any indication of what was complimentary in the room so a clear list including a price list for the mini-bar would be helpful. For example, a free tote bag was provided in the room but there was no indication that it was free and there was a makeup brush on the table which was not free but could be taken as being a free gift, so a label with 'please take me-I'm free' should be added to any complimentary items.

Room was lovely, spacious and good value for money. Second time I’ve stayed there, staff are amazing and the food is excellent

The cleaner didn’t do a great job however we complained and were compensated very fairly with a discount, so left very happy.
