Allowed me and my son to check in early as our room was ready, housekeeping re made our beds daily and supplied loo rolls and fresh towels. Brilliant location for excellent value. Despite reservations due to others reviews I was left really happy with the accommodation over all. All the staff were friendly and bedding including duvets and pillows all looked to be new.

It's not that I didn't like it but to let others no, yes it's tired, old furniture and not spotlessly clean but for where it is and the price it's more than fair.

What a lovely experience. One of the better I've had in London hotels. Staff are all bety pleasant, helpful and quick to respond and help even before arrival. Their breakfast is more than worth the money, too. Thank you so much for a lovely pleasant stay. We will certainly book again should we be this way in future and recommend to others.

Some parts of the room were broken and a plug socket not in a safe place for the kettle in the room, but very minor issues. You can see they are making improvements to the hotel and they wouldn't put me off returning. I'd like to have an extra handrail on the stairs to top rooms however as steps very tight and steep. Again wouldn't put me off returning, however. Was a little dissapointed there was mo frige/balcony as advertised but the rooms are very spacious and comfy.

Initially we were given the room in a basement. However once we entered, lights were not working and it was smelly. So we told this to the staff and immediately our room was changed to no. 26. First floor, windows to the entrance/main street. - Location - Helpful staff - Some water and fruit snacks every time the room was cleaned - Room cleaned daily without prior notice - Iron, Hair dryer, Good room temperature - Decent price to value ratio

- Room needs to be deep-cleaned. Shower, carpet used and worn etc... - Towels were not very clean, so we had to change them multiple times. - Very small bathroom for a taller person. Im 6'. - Lots of dust on the old tv, in the wardrobe.

Lovely location. Nice restaurants and bars close by. Very pretty and quiet area.

It was ok - quite basic but clean. Didn’t use the shower: some tiny insects came up from below the shower so I shut the shower door to confine them. Room was pretty hot on arrival and we couldn’t open the window but the fan and the sunset solved the problem. We reported a cracked/ broken electric socket as we left.

Its very close to edgeware tube station and has lots of shops local to it, we was there for a hyde park event and the walk is not even ten minutes. the hotel room was small but comfortable and worth the money paid it was quiet and clean!!

The toilet seat fell off the toilet when we first lifted the lid and the bed was a little small but other than that nothing majorly wrong

Despite the above, £340 i think for 4 bed room for me and my 3 teen boys for 4 nights in london is great value. So easy to reach paddingtom station. Lots of nice cafés around. Zoltan on desk was fabulous - answered my emails very promptly and shower head fixed for next morning and fresh towels supplied. So despite him not being on desk, great communication and I was impressed - all i asked for was catered for asap. Benchmark is this - would I ever stay here again? YES as cheap and cheerful so i don't expect luxury!!!

Bin wasn't emptied once in 5 days!! Room never ever cleaned too! Bacon instead of ham would have been welcome at breakfast. Shower head blocked - wouldn't work. No milk sachets in room. I found some at breakfast but milk conjealed so must have been very old. Room key bent and difficult to access room sometimes. Reception always closed in the separate hotel but is expected in small, cheap places.

Not too far from central London. Close to the tube. Gorgeous cooked breakfast. Comfy bed, nice enough room.

If I had to say something bad I didn’t sleep very well because the people upstairs were up all night walking back and forth and I could hear them walking as the floorboards and bed were very squeaky, that was very frustrating. Not much the Hotel could do about it so doubt and maybe not their fault if they can’t sleep but I’ve never known someone get in and out of bed so much!

The staff were excellent, they were friendly and made me and my friend’s stay very cosy. The shower in our room was great, warm water was always available. The beds were quite nice as well! I can’t really find a fault with the accommodation in my humble opinion. Breakfast was delicious as well! I’d definitely recommend this BnB to anyone who comes across this review.

I genuinely liked everything, nothing to complain about here.

Breakfast needs to be overhauled I should imagine a lot of waist food do the tomatoes and cheese get eaten likewise does all the cooked breakfast get eaten does anybody need 2 eggs possibly have yogurt instead of biscuits

The hotel staff was very friendly. Location was perfect. Breakfast was excelent. There were shower gel and shampoo which is big bonus.

There were no place in bathroom to hang the bath towels and clothes,.
