Great location a short walk from Paddington station. Room was small but well equipped with a view over the square. Newly refurbished bathroom. Our one had ttles with a classical Greek theme which I loved. The room had been newly painted. Plenty of storage, toilet rolls and tea/coffee facilities. Very clean. Adequate power points, although not next to the twin beds. You can leave your bags at the sister hotel after checkout. There is a camera monitoring the area and as it is at reception there is usually a person there as well.

You need to check in at the sister hotel but it is just around the corner-about a 30 second walk. We were on the top floor so it is quite a hike up the stairs. The provided breakfast is basic-toast, yoghurt, cheese and meat, cereal, tea and coffee and some generic fruit juices. It stops at 09:15 which was too early for us. However, if you just want a quick breakfast it was effecient and adequate. There are also plenty of local cafes if you wanted to eat later or more substantially. The room is small so getting a seat could be problematic. It was a nice room, albeit in the basement, and I really liked the London theme in the decor.

Staff were pleasant and was well received, the room was clean and setup nicely and early so I could check in upony early arrival, had a ground floor room as requested and the staff did a bed turndown despite not being asked on the Sunday morning which was very nice to come back to, and the breakfast was good (only toast and yoghurt and coffee, but that suits me just fine). Overall very happy with my stay and would use them again.

My only two sticking points was the fact that there was no double glazing on the windows so in the late evening there was noise which did disturb me (light sleeper anyway) somewhat. In addition to that the window easily opened and I couldn't see the security lock so, given that I was traveling with a bike costing £20k this wasn't ideal.

We have stayed in a different hotel (Seymor) that probably is a part of the "chain" because it's 20m distance between them. Positive sides were proximity to the main London attractions, subway station etc. Everything related to the room as expected, but nothing more. If you set expectations in line with the price that's what you get and I am fine with it.

Breakfast room is too small and selection of food is quite modest. I have left my driver's license in the electricity card slot while having a breakfast on the last day and forgot it when we left the room. I had trouble contacting hotel via phone, then when I managed they were giving me some other phone numbers to call where no-one answers and then via booking support I received a response that they haven't found anything that I sincerely doubt.

The hotel is located literally 5 mins walk from Paddington Station. The room and bathroom were both spotlessly clean. There was a wall mounted fan, a TV, hairdryer and tea and coffee facilities provided. Towels were also provided despite the hotel website stating they could be provided at an extra charge we got one each (2 people staying) and there were shampoo/conditioner, shower gel and hand soap in dispensers in the bathroom - plenty of loo roll too. All round pleasant stay for the price. Free Wi-Fi was also available.

The breakfast was a continental breakfast which definitely isn't my preference, however, I made a ham & cheese toastie from the selection and had a coffee and it was nice enough.

Very good location, not far from Paddington station, bus stops. Loads of restaurants and cafes around, grocery shops. Comfortable beds, spacious shower( all down to earth, not modern cons). Friendly staff.Breakfast was included in price( basic, no fruits/ vegetables offered, but ok).Big flat screen TV. Perfect for a short stay, if you not spending much time in the room.There were everything that you need.Would recomend.

Bed cover- your duvet..Never seen that before, did not look right.. Room/ shower was clean, but when we wanted to open window for fresh air, noted a lot of dust and even soil on the low windowseal.I wish, that staff sometimes would vaccum that space. Room was really compact, but I can not complain about that, because we knew that, while booking.

It's a nice hotel, the staff were nice and helpful, the room was small (which is normal for this type of buildings in London), but comforable. We had a nice view. The stairs are a nightmare, we were on the 3rd floor and it was a challenge with the suitcase, but again, this is normal for this buildings. Be careful, as we somehow managed to lock the bathroom door! :D (We went to reception and got it unlocked.) The location is great, close to supermarkets, close to Paddington station and to the tube. 15 mins by foot to Hyde park or to Oxford street. Great value for money! Overall, it's nice and I would stay here again!

I was pleasantly surprised as I'd read some bad reviews before I came but the place was great. We actually stayed at the Seymour hotel which is connected. We came up to watch a show so it was the perfect place just to lay our heads before travelling home the next day. Close to the station. The bathroom was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. It was hot and slightly noisy but it is July so it's to be expected. Didn't stay for breakfast as we had to leave but I would definitely stay again in the future.

Clean, incredible value for money - especially for a room that sleeps 3 individuals. Fabulous London location with the green oasis of Hyde Park just 10 minutes away.

Only small thing that was disappointing was the rude and aggressive attitude of the breakfast staff - we were polite and respectful and not at all demanding, but they treated us as though we were a inconvenience to them and their time.

We stayed in it's other building. Great location to access Paddington Station and other undergrounds - easy access from all airports. Room was spacious and bathroom was a great size for type of building. Breakfast had cereals/toast/cheese/ham/yogurts/coffee etc - just enough to get the day started even if was basic. Many restaurants nearby and grocery stores.

Breakfast times short and checkout 10:30 not a bad thing but only think I can think of

The location was great right near Paddington which is the end of Heathrow Express from airport. Great shower, small but comfortable bed. Breakfast was ok but filling. Ali loaned me an adapter plug as I had lost mine which was very nice of him.

Room was a bit smLl. The fan in room was not working, reported it and was told it would be taken care of with fan from another room. That never happened. Ask again and said it would be taken care of next day which again never happened.
