The Host or owner was a sweet and friendly Lady, Pulpit Hill a great Look Out Point Just above, Had a great View over looking Oban, 15 Minuten Walk to the ferries Docks, and from there you can visit different Isle or Take different Trips, the rooms was Clean and hat everything you need when having vacation, can Not understand some of These Reviews, vacation is vacation to sightsee and Explore Not to stay 15 hours inside and do nothing. And aß of the weather, you are in Scotland so Bring good raining Gear ☺️☺️

The owner was extremely friendly and helpful, and let me drop off my heavy bag in the morning. The room was very clean and nicely decorated, as was the shared bathroom. The tea tray was well stocked and replenished daily. Having a fridge was an unexpected bonus and the owner kept me supplied with fresh milk. The B&B is in a lovely location, just a minute or two's walk from Pulpit Hill viewpoint. The accommodation represented excellent value for money.

(I feel bad mentioning this, as it's beyond anyone's control but...) the floors in the B&B are very creaky! I'm a light sleeper so I struggled to sleep until everyone had stopped moving around, but the noise didn't go on late and then it was lovely and quiet.

I liked the location, views, quietness, and easy access to the center of Oban. I never have breakfast so I can't comment. The host was lovely and welcoming, I thought it was a great place to stay for going on boat trips to the islands.

Nothing much at all, sharing the bathroom would be my only mention, but it was absolutely fine, clean, and never occupied when I needed it. I was well aware that that would have been reflected in the reasonable rates.

Very clean room. Nice lookout hill close by , just 5min walk. We knew it didn’t have a private bathroom, but it had a toilet and sink in the room, which was great.

No car parking, but you can park your car near the look out point about 5 min walk. Room was smaller than we expected with no space to open our suitcase. No private bathroom. A bit of walk to the town.

Good sized room and I had to do some work so adapted it so I could work at the small table. Loved the view of the trees and hill. The bathroom was a good size with plenty of space to put things and very clean. Really good breakfast too and excellent value for money. Also, 5 minutes walk from Pulpit Hill which has spectacular views out to the Islands and around to the mountains on the other side. Maia

the breakfast of porridge was absolutely exceptional, served in a heat retaining dish with lid, brought to my bedroom. Very comfortable stay and welcoming hostess Caroline. Just perfect for our choir trip and visit to Mull and Iona.

Nothing, I dont think. It was a lovely walk down to Oban town, and on the first night I got a lift back as it was dark and I wasn't sure of the way, but really lovely to be this high up above the town.

Lovely location a little way out from the town centre and uphill. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were great and had all we needed for a comfortable stay and a good night's sleep. We were able to order breakfast although we hadn't pre-booked it, and it was very good. Breakfast was brought to our rooms which was fine by us. Pulpit Hill was just a short walk away with fantastic views over Oban.

I just loved my room. cosy, comfy. Had all I needed. Nice clean bathroom. Best of all was the host. Met with a smile at the door. very nice down to earth lady.

There wasnt so much anything I didnt like about the property. I loved it, but me being a smoker, I had to go right outside the garden area 😂 But thats the hosts right to do that.

Everything in accommodation at a very high level. Every detail elaborate with love, the cleanliness perfect, the breakfast fantastic, and my God - that bed! After a long day on the bike and after the shower, I felt like heaven! The bathroom has quality toiletries, in the room, there is a kettle, biscuits, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, drinking water in a bottle. The owner is a very helpful and kind lady, she had no problem allowing me to postpone my stay by 4 weeks. I could also have my bike in her garage for both nights. Thank you very much for everything and I highly recommend a visit to everyone.

Lovely room. Really comfy bed. Shared bathroom was spotless. Lovely quiet street. Nice wee touches in the room such as tea, coffee, hot choc, biscuits, irn bru, milk, orange and apple juice. Caroline was very friendly at check-in. I felt very comfortable and safe here. Definitely recommend!
