The room was very clean and the bed was very comfy! which is very rare for hotels

I did not like the fact that they charged me a resort fee of 88$ for 2 nights at the end...This is something that should be disclosed BEFORE the stay when you book them (most hotels do so on their websites) or at least during the checkin process, but no of course they did not do any of that and instead charged me at the checkout. I wouldn't have chosen this hotel if I knew there would be an additional 88$ up charge. I will keep that in mind in the future but will not be staying here again.

Staff were friendly. Location was good. Room was clean and nice

We needed to ask for cleaning more than 3 times to get cleaning.

Great location for me because is close to MSG and NY PENN

Didn’t like the mandatory 35 dollar charge for the bar in the room and the gym. It was not mentioned in the original bill and we didn’t even use those services. I think that should be optional.

modern, clean and conveniently located near the subway and bus stops and it’s not very far from most tourist spots. and the staff were really helpful and the free flow of drinks in the room was a nice touch.

lobby was rather noisy but I can live with that as i just normally just walk through it very quickly.

I liked everything the location was walking distance to everything. We ate dinner at the 40/40 Club the first night we arrived.

We paid for a city view but our view was not that great. The room was very clean and the housekeeping staff surpassed our expectations with the courtesy and times they provided for us to be out of the room.

Very nice, hip and comfortable hotel with restaurant in heart of NoMad. Comfortable beds with a plush topper. Easy walking distance to all sites and close to Penn Station. We liked the complementary water and juices, but of course they're not really free because you pay the daily "Resort fee." The higher room was not too noisy; only heard brief street noise from trucks below. Request a higher room if you're concerned about street noise. We had an issue with the tv, but a maintenance person showed up right away and repaired it quickly.

The bathroom set-up in this micro-hotel room was very small with glass wall and shade instead of a real wall. The mood lighting in the room was way too dim and hard to see; there's only very dim wall sconce lights in the bedroom area.

love the vibe but decor was lacking a little in the room too bare. very small but did the job felt up to date and modern … just super plain and a little cold feeling

very small room minimalistic for price paid even a few nice plants or bathroom mat would have made it feel more luxe

The staff was very nice and helpful The Location was perfect I like everything about the hotel: very comfortable, very clean, the location was perfect if you want to explore the city, near to lots of spots and safe, no matter day or night.

Beautiful scenery and the rooms were perfect.

i waited about 15 minutes in the front lobby to check in and when it was my turn to check in the person that was supposed to check me in completely disregarded me and took someone that had just walked in.

The INNSIDE has a scent the pump though…LOVED! They had a nice restaurant attached that seemed to be always a buzz. Never got a chance to stop in based on my schedule. The size of room was nice. Things were pretty quiet in my room and I was right off the elevator. I was able to check in early. It was an EXPERIENCE. Which is just what I wanted. The elevators were nice with the graffiti map (so NYC) of the city. Made me take note of places I needed to visit. People say you don’t spend much time in the hotel, but the time I spend I want it to be relaxing and enjoyable. Check & Check.

There was a funky thing going on with the shower head. I couldn’t get it to point the direction I wanted. But this was not a deal breaker. May have been user error.
