Four Points by Sheraton Manhattan Chelsea

Beds were clean and comfortable. was a bit nervous to stay after seeing all the extremely negative reviews. However, this was not the case for us. Rooms were very clean and ideal for a budget traveler. Very easy access to lots of the touristy hotspots and excellent subway services to places further away.

Streets near the hotel could be a bit uncomfortable to walk at night, as are quite of lot streets in Manhattan at night time. Would recommend always staying in a group.

prime location, about 25 min walk to Times Square, Central Park, union square, etc. good restaurants near by, the beds were comfy, got to check in early which was perfect, was nice and clean, and had beautiful Christmas decorations !

the room was small but that’s NYC lol wish there was room for suitcases though, the window was letting in cold qir, didn’t get room service but I guess you have to ask for it now a days. and the Rose Cafe bar was wayyyy over priced (even for New York) with very small portions. would recommend going anywhere else for breakfast

It needs some upgrades. No restaurant, bar or mini mart for snacks or drinks. carpet a little old

I love staying at your hotel, staff is the best. Always Very kind and helpful. I love the location in the city. I always feel so safe. My room upgrade is always a wonderful experience. I enjoy looking out the windows with beautiful views of the city buildings. Thank you so much.

I enjoyed my room, the only little thing that it had its small wear & tear on the cabinets/draws. But overall I loved my stay. Hopefully, you’ll will have another restaurant or bar in the lobby in the future. I missed not having the restaurant/bar downstairs.

This hotel is in the perfect location in upper Chelsea, around the corner from Madison Square park, Eataly, the Flatiron building. Very centrally located, easily walkable to most locations in Manhattan, and close to a couple of subway stations when you need to travel further. Very clean and well maintained hotel, with pleasant helpful staff.

Wish they had a microwave inside the rooms and wish they had a laundry room. Something to consider in the future?

It's close to Times Square, and using subway line 1 everything important is close. Walking you can go to TS, Grand Central, Penn Station, Rockefeller Center, and the Vessel.

The hotel and we started on the wrong foot, the body wash and shampoo was over, and I watched a cockroach hiding, finally, my son killed it. Additionally, we found a room card on the floor, so we deducted they didn't vacuum the carpet. You need to request the cleaning, a day before, so we requested it for the next day. The tv channels are wrong on the guide.

I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The staff was wonderfully attentive and thoughtful, the rooms were clean and efficient, and the bed was so comfortable (I spelt great)! Great location, too! Very comfortable, great shower, especially coming in after a late fun night. Very relaxing and private.

Staff is super helpful and friendly. Quiet hotel. Good price. Cheap parking 10min away (walking) The location is super convenient, walking distance to subway, times square, chelsea maket. Food available for delivery or take out at any time.

No microwave or minifridge in the room.

The location is perfect. You have plenty of restaurants and coffee shops. My favorite spot was Whole Foods that 3 min away from the hotel. It is relatively close to Times Square and Madison Square Garden.

Mostly due to Covid, things like the bar in the hotel, and other amenities were close or not functional. I didn't like that, but I understand that is something completely away from their control.
