i really liked the atmosphere of the whole building it was very comfortable, especially at night! the roof top deck had a great view and they play really relaxing music at night :) would definatly recommend this hotel very relaxing energy.

the rooms are very small lol we took a shower the first night and left the door to the bathroom open and the stem of the shower set off the fire alarm. I guess this happens a lot tho because the fire alarm for the whole building went off the next night. It’s okay though not the worst thing in the world it happens. Just keep the door to the bathroom shut while showering lmao.

Location is superb - right in the centre of Manhattan - a one way street so some cabs don't want to drop off directly outside. Staff were superb, from the housekeeping to the reception and bar staff with helpful suggestions and organising airport transfers. Bed was super comfy and a good shower with great toiletries complimentary. The bar downstairs is handy for the end of the day with plenty of space and cosy corners to plan the next day too!

The bedroom was smaller than we expected and only the copper rails for hanging space - when staying for 5 nights, this is not sufficient and feels like it's always messy. Bed sheets were ripped also and not replaced or changed during our stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Made.com Hotel during my visit to New York City, and I must say it was an exceptional experience that exceeded all my expectations. The hotel's location was ideal, situated in the heart of New York City, with easy access to popular attractions, shopping districts, and renowned restaurants. It allowed me to make the most of my time in the city, experiencing both the bustling urban life and the serene retreat of the hotel. The room I stayed in was a true testament to the hotel's commitment to design excellence. The carefully curated furnishings, unique decor elements, and thoughtful layout created a cozy yet sophisticated atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after exploring the vibrant city. The stylish rooftop bar offered breathtaking views of the city skyline, making it an ideal spot to unwind and socialize.

A mini fridge would be nice to have :)

MADE Hotel has an excellent location, close to Penn Station and 2 subway lines, NoMAd (therefore midtown, with easy access to both uptown and downtown). The room is cozy, and clean, with nice amenities. The staff is extremely friendly. Black coffee is complimentary for guests ate Paper Cafe, which is a nice way to start the day. It was an excellent stay, and we would definitely come back in the future.

The only issue was the shower space. The glass which separates it from the rest of the bathroom is too narrow, so the area gets all wet when taking a shower, soaking the bathroom mat. That was the only issue

The bed was comfortable. It was a low platform-style bed, which would make it difficult for older people or those with mobility issues. The staff was personable, it had a nice ambiance and easy-going vibe.

The aesthetics were lovely, but overly focused on, more consideration for practical needs would benefit this hotel. The bathroom had very little space to store toiletries and little space in general for personal items in the room. The lighting was very low. If you are a person who takes time to do hair and make-up this might not be the place for you. Also, other reviews mentioned free daily coffee & wine, which was true except for the free part. They are included in a mandatory $25 per day service fee.

It felt intimate...like a home away from home...Modern, clean, everything well thought of. If you are looking for a resort, big and grand..that's what you won't find here...much more... and you won't miss anything... I felt good being here.. I loved that there were no carpets, ...I wish more hotels would do that... The bed was cozy and I slept comfortably and deep.. Despite being in the middle of the city, I felt like I was inside a calm oasis.... Loved it..I would go back for more... definitely worth the money....

As I said, it is cozy and if one likes spacious they won't find it here, but that's what I liked about it. And the snacks in the room was quite pricey, the water too....my kids ate everything thinking it was free, and by the time I got out of the bathroom, I was out of my mind with the prices...so bring your own water, and snacks ☺️

The rooms are very cute and the staff is friendly and very helpful. There is a little rooftop bar that is fun and has decent views. Check it out for a delicious cocktail. They also have great toiletries in the room!

The room has very little space for clothes. You're forced to live out of your suitcase. If you're traveling for work, I would look elsewhere. There's a small unstable desk with no chair and no iron or ironing board and the lights in the room are very dim. Also be aware the hotel has no signage apart from a plaque in the sidewalk. Look for paper coffee to find the hotel

Our room had some food on the floor when we arrived. I mentioned it to the front desk. It was still there on the day we left. We stayed for 3 nights. We ordered food from Debajo online. It was closed but still allowed the charge to go through, so we did not know food was not coming. Additionally, we ordered on Oct 16 and the charge is still not reversed and today is oct 22. it would have been nice to have something comped or charged less for these issues since it was more than $500 a night.

Brilliant location .. close to restaurants and walking distance to lots of attractions with stylish coffee and roof bar. You pay charge added to room but then coffee, tea, hot choc and wine all complimentary. Fab shower and comfortable bed. The shower /soap were really lovely and very environmentally friendly .Mostly good staff that were warm and helpful.

No storage space . awkward getting into bed. Would have been good to have complimentary soft drinks for non drinkers. Some of the staff were amazing and really friendly .. others made you feel awkward ordering drinks you had actually paid a charge for.
