The comfortable rooms I liked the most. The rooms are pretty large. Everything is brand new and there is a good vibe in the hotel. I like the Virgin App, room info and connectivity from your own device to the television.

The hotel is in soft opening, therefore not all facilities are open yet.

the staff is new and missing a lot things specially with accounting. be prepared that shown on Booking price is not final (even if it says including all fees and taxes) and abt 20-25% will be added to the final bill.

Location was great. Hotel was very clean and the size of the room and layout great.

We booked specifically as it had a pool but it was a nightmare to get a sun bed and in particular beds were often unavailable as they had been reserved for non hotel guests who were paying for them. One morning the beds were reserved for hours while I sat on the floor and no one came to use them. This was very disappointing and spoiled my stay which apart from that was excellent.

Room not being cleaned for nearly 3 days At the beginning of the residency Nowhere it sit during pool daytime very busy .. various empty beds with towels and no persons … Pool closed on Sunday for private function with only a couple of days notice.

The front desk staff was so sweet and welcoming. The room was gorgeous with an amazing view. The pool area was a dream. Location so convenient.

The only thing not perfect, and this is a minor thing, was that the room had a lot of long stray hairs (perhaps from a previous guest but maybe just from the cleaning staff?) in the bed and on the surfaces of tables. I also was staying for a few nights and had used the coffee mugs and water glasses early on. I’d hoped they’re be replaced with clean ones during the cleaning but they weren’t. But otherwise the room felt very clean and I was so pleased with the hotel overall.

Tracy at the front desk is phenomenal. Please keep her forever! I stayed here 2-3 weeks ago, and she remembered me, which was really nice and unexpected. The breakfast is high quality, and the waiters are super friendly. It's a nice new property with a good location, and the housekeeping staff is doing a great job too. Hope I can return soon.

The pool opening was a bit hectic. The app and published opening hours indicated it would open on 1st May, but it wasn't available until 29th May. When it finally opened, it was crowded with the public, leaving little room for hotel guests. This was disappointing since we chose the hotel specifically for the pool. The pool should be limited to hotel guests only, given its size. The bar service was also chaotic. The same drink (same brand) had a different price each time someone else mixed it, and despite my request, I didn't receive a detailed receipt—just the total for 4-5 drinks together. Was impossible to see what makes the difference...this bit gave me the impression that I was overcharged.

We‘ve had the most wonderful stay at Virgin Hotels NY. The hotel is very new and very stylish. The location is perfect - walkable distances to all important sightseeing spots of Manhattan. Empire State Building is just around the corner. Many restaurant options close by. The rooms are so nice and clean. The beds are very comfy. We liked the layout of the room. The chamber style with two separated areas (bedroom and bathroom/closet area) made it comfortable travelling as a mom with a teenage son and gave us enough privacy for getting ready in the mornings. The view from the room is more than amazing. I would say you can‘t get any better. We were so lucky and the pool was open - what a nice add-on to chill out with these fantastic views. We used the gym which is also nice and well equipped. Elevators have an intelligent system, we never had to wait long. Last but not least all staff is so friendly and welcoming. They truly went out of their way to make us feel special!! Thank you! Check-in was quick and easy, even though we were early our room was ready. We went back home with the nicest memories. I recommend to choose this place if you plan to stay in NYC.

We thought our stay was just perfect thanks to a great team and a beautiful place.

The bed is the amazingly comfortable, the bar is open until 4am and there's always something going on! They have a pool and the hotel view is wonderful. Not to mention the location, we did almost everything walking and the tube station is less than 5min walk. Would definetly come back!

One day they forgot to clean the room so I had to call reception at the end of the day (and my wife and I were super tired, just needed to take a shower and go to bed) so someone could clean the room. Another thing was that the shower pressure was a little low but we could manage to live with that, not a big thing for us but good to know.

I'd easily rate our stay at the Virgin NoMads Hotel more than 5 stars if I could! Right as we entered the hotel, Darnell at the front desk warmly welcomed and, efficiently handled our early check-in. Our bachelorette getaway was instantly elevated when we entered our rooms to find a stunning fruit platter, macaroons, and champagne, ideal for celebrating the bride-to-be. The handwritten card added a perfect finishing touch. Positioned on the 19th and 21st floors, our rooms offered breathtaking morning views of the Empire State Building and city skyline. The thoughtful room layout met our group's needs, with sliding doors between the beds and bathroom area, it allowed our early risers to prepare quietly without disturbing our group still sleeping. Mini fridges were a convenient addition for treats, and the cleaning and room service teams were exceptional, ensuring pristine rooms and providing essentials like towels and toothbrushes. Our pool club experience took our trip from good to exceptional. The relaxing poolside ambiance made us feel transported to a tropical resort. It was a unanimous highlight of the weekend. On our last night, we explored the Everdene, the nightclub on the 3rd floor, and were pleasantly surprised. The music was top40/ R&B/ throwbacks which was just the vibe we were looking for! The indoor/outdoor options were fantastic with the dancefloor and balcony. The drinks were delicious and we were seamlessly able to charge everything to our room. Everdene is a must-visit for anyone in New York. In terms of the hotel location, we were steps from the subway, with easy access to incredible food in Koreatown, charming cafes, bars, and top-notch pizza spots. Entertainment, great food, and transit were all within reach. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend the Virgin Hotel for a fun and relaxing stay in New York. It's a true gem!

Our group didn't have anything negative to say about our stay!

We arrived to the hotel expecting to store our bags until check-in but were pleasantly surprised when they told us our room was ready. The man who checked us in was incredibly helpful and pleasant. He even walked us over to show us how to use the elevators. Our room was the perfect size and had everything we needed. It was super bright from the beautiful floor to ceiling windows and the air conditioning was borderline artic, just how we like it :) We enjoyed our concert and made it back to the hotel starving, so we ordered room service at almost midnight. It arrived within 25mins and was beautifully presented. It cost a good amount after the tip and service charge, but at that time of night it was completely worth every penny! We awoke and were again pleasantly surprised that checkout was at noon. Checkout was easy and our bill was accurate. This just might be our new go-to for the city!!

The AC was clicking on and off and woke me up, but not the end of the world.
