Location and 1920’s charm of hotel
Snobby club attitude of staff. Would not let hôtel clients use all facilities (rooftop and dining areas - although they were not busy at all). I used to be a long standing client of the previous Nomad hotel and I am very disappointed. I even considered applying for Ned membership but following this experience would highly recommend against it. The hotel doesn’t provide good value for money for non Ned members as prices have increased dramatically and facilities the hotel has to offer have become poor.

limited use to the facilities as we were not club Ned/Soho members , basically had use to our room only only. little Ned (Bar) is round the block, not located within the hotel.
