The staff were truly exceptional. Go out of their way to help you in every way possible

The internet wasn't stable, the water wasn't entirely clean when it rushes out.

Breakfast was good value got the money, wide variety, coffee is good.

Coffee machine in room didn't work. No utensils or plates in kitchen (it was a family room).

big room. very quiet after office activity. immediate access to ferries, 7min walk. nice place to walk closed to the river. four subway lines available near wall street, red, blue, green, yellow, for quick travel to centrum. wtc, 9/11, max 10 min walk. fridge, microwave, coffie mach, tv, in rhe room.

hotel is lightly old-fashion, in common space. breakfast is acceptable, but basic,standard. check-in contact was a bit rude. the person becomes nervous, when you dont follow quickly his language!! was ok, afterwards. breakfast 19$ plus tax.

Extremely good-value room (with fridge & excellent coffee machine) in excellent location in Financial District; and easy walking distance from subway stations for uptown Manhattan. Also conveniently close to Staten Island Ferry (free!) with great views of Statue of Liberty. Very spacious room with two double beds and a foldable sofa bed (thus both our teenagers got their own bed). Very effective (but noisy) AC.

The rather noisy AC did not trouble us as we sleep with earplugs. But one thing bugged me: twice during our week-long stay room service waited until we had returned from our day-long (& exhausting!) exploration of NYC at around 4:30pm, and THEN knocked on our door to ask if we wanted to have our room cleaned etc. They had had all the time in the world between 8.30am & 4.30pm to do so!! My feeling was that this was a deliberate tactic on the part of the (probably underpaid) room cleaning staff to cut corners.

Rooms are very big and really nice, beds were great and comfortable. The location was great! You are right on wall street, walking only 5 streets will bring you to one wtc and 911 museum. Hotel staff was amazing and really helpful. We had a great time! :D

Wifi connection in our room wasn't always there but granted our room was quite in the back so I don't think anyone else will have the same experience.

The staffs are very nice and friendly, no complaints. The room is spacious as well as the bathroom. Location is nice, accessible or few blocks away to the nearest subway station. There is a free storage for lugguages when you have to check out before your flight. Me and my husband enjoyed our stay.

I didn't like that the bed sheets are dirty and do not seem to be washed, there are some stains that I do not think would be there unless it was washed. I found some paper trash under the floor on our first day, so I had an impression the room is not cleaned well. Me and my husband got some little bite marks due to bed being itchy, maybe it's because sheets are unclean.

The room was large and also really warm. The bed was really comfortable. The room has also all the amenities you may need. The staff was really nice and helpful. The hotel is close to restaurants, bars and subway station.

Nothing. Maybe the heater was too loud and the room could have been cleaner.

I liked the bed very comfortable. Just wish they would come clean more often.

WiFi wasn’t that great the tv would lose internet connection and in the kitchen floors weren’t even clean.

staff is always very nice here. this is the second time we've stayed there. location is great also. very close to mass transit and ferries.

shower had very little water pressure and the AC was not optimal. room temp was set at 66 and it never got below 73 degrees in the room.
