Holiday Inn Express - Wall Street, an IHG Hotel

Decent "free" breakfast. Staff people are nice enough. And if you deal with the MOD, the prices are somewhat negotiable.

They jack up the prices on the weekend, even though I've been here for weeks recently, and in the past. And they usually have plenty of rooms available, though maybe not this weekend.

Sean greeted us when we arrived way early than the check in time. Sean was super friendly and welcoming and we were able to leave our luggage to start exploring for the first time. Check-in was seamless and our stay was amazing the whole time. The manager was also very helpful and friendly, always looking out for us. Our checkout, was also very painless and we were also able to leave our luggage since our departure was in the evening. Thank you to the entire staff who made our first trip to NYC so easy and simple.

Good location,confortable bed and clean bathroom, good breakfast

Running toilet all night long and 2x water pouring down from rhe ceiling in the bathroom from upstairs on our last night (broken pipe). Breakfast room was crowded and there was only one employee to serve the guests during breakfast which was not enough especially during rush hours. We did not like that hotel didnt make any initiative in connection with water emergency next morning but advised us to write about the issue to the manager on duty.

Because all the "regular" rooms were full on my first weekend, they put me in a junior suite for those days; fridge, microwave. When I kept extending, to a regular room, they gave me a discount from regular (higher) weekend rate. (But no fridge or microwave, which is unusual for quality hotels in Manhattan.)

TV in my first room/weekend only received about half of the channels.

Good location and breakfast is great.

My stay was about for four days and they never go clean the room or at least take out the trash. Breakfast area is too small and crowded.

the staff was rude at check out they didn’t want to keep my weekender bag I told them they always keep it for me and the drink desk guy told me he would ask the manager and the manager just said NO from the inside didn’t even came and talk to me. so they have a big luggage they were keeping next to the front desk when I questioned about it they just ignored me. they were rude and this ruined my whole trip.

The front office in charge Mr.Ryan was very helpful to us.The property does not have the facility to store your luggages.He allowed us to keep in our room by allowing a late checkout,otherwise we won't be able to board for the statue of liberty cruise.I really appreciate him for his helping mentallity

The hotel had charged me excess from my safe deposit even though I paid my accomodation cost exclusively through booking.com.Even when I asked the front office manager Mr.Rayan,he told me there is no deduction from my damage deposit and they will fully refund it.

This hotel tends to overbook and sends the overflow to their other location. Lucky for me, we did get the room at this hotel and didnt have to walk 0.5 mile at midnight like many others. Our room was clean, its NYC so not huge, but surprisingly comfortable for NYC hotels. breakfast was pretty good considering again NYC and they kept refilling the food as well

the overbooking situation is less than ideal

Large comfortable bed,excellent breakfast with wide variety and a coffee making machine in room and entrance lobby. Very accessible subway to main attractions and close to the Brooklyn Bridge and Staten Island ferry. Amazing staff - especially Shaun.Courteous kind and the front of desk'Font of all knowledge 'on New York'

Great value and the Free breakfast was on point! Front desk employee Christopher was very professional and kind. Our flight was moved to a later time. Christopher took care of us by allowing us to stay 4 hours past check out time with no extra charge.i highly recommended this Hotel.

The road construction was a little much but thats not the Hotels fault. NYC needs to speed up that project.
