They upgraded our room to suites so that we could stay very comfortably in two rooms.

I requested to add an extra bed in our room through booking.com more than three thimes but got no reply then e-mailed directly to the hotel but no reply.

wonderful staff, service was just impeccable.

the only thing that we missed a bit was a bar or cafe in the lobby. the hotel lobby is beautiful and it would be so nice to have a nightcap in the lobby before turning in for the night.

Fantastic location, spacious room with two bathrooms, two study areas, walk in wardrobe, very friendly staff and superb housekeeping and amenities.

I thought it was a bit petty to be charged USD165 for an early check in when we had arrived after a 17 hour flight and were staying for six nights. Harry Cipriani is quite overpriced for breakfast.

great location bed super comfortable which was what I was going for complimentary chocolates and a hand written letter in the room on arrival makes for a very warm welcome !

there is not really anything other than rooms, no fitness center (that I saw) no restaurant other than Cipriani’s (but often full) - no complimentary breakfast - so nice hotel but just rooms , hot water was hot but not enough for me, connecting room door was unlocked (although I mentioned it and they came straight away to lock it)

At check-in, the desk responded sophisticatedly and actively and quickly informed me of various inquiries during my stay (sorry!, I can't remember the name.) I couldn't thank the staff. And I want to thank Mr. Pedro (General Lee) and Angelo for always smiling and welcoming me in front of the elevator and the main gate on the first floor. Thanks to this, I was able to get on the plane safely by solving the problem of COVID-19 test and delicious meals. Thanks to the skilled and experienced staff, I had good memories with my wife.

A very classy hotel at an excellent location. The room was large, comfortable, very clean and quiet and it was classically and tastefully decorated. The staff was helpful and addressed our issues associated with the room to our satisfaction, which is contrary to some other comments regarding staff being not responsive. We are planing to stay the Sherry-Netherland when we are in NYC next time.

Staff was excellent. Hotel is just full of old world charm, but without the slightest signs of wear or tear. Accommodations were first class and very comfortable. We will plan to stay at the SN again.

Not realizing we had planned our visit on NY Marathon weekend, and the hotel being right on the race route! Would have been perfect if not for the fact that we had planned to leave in the middle of the race. It delayed our departure, but otherwise no complaints.

From the welcome to checking out and every moment in between, excellent service, friendly and welcoming staff render it an outstanding stay. Rooms are impeccably clean. Location is perfect. Special thanks to Reservations Manager, Ms. Acosta, who made my stay in particular splendid. I hope to return soon. Highly recommend.

I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The staff was wonderfully attentive and thoughtful, the rooms were clean and efficient, and the bed was so comfortable (I spelt great)! Great location, too! Very comfortable, great shower, especially coming in after a late fun night. Very relaxing and private.

The suite was excellent and luxurious. Plenty of space to relax. Amazing amenities. Quick service. Pens and writing pads provided in every room. This is a hotel that makes you welcomed, accommodated, and at home.

Absolutely nothing. The staff in this hotel are looking out for your best interests. Very trustworthy and professional. This is a hotel that makes me want to come back to it. Thank you so much George!
