We really love the hotel, the breakfast is amazing, the hotel location is very good. The stuff is very kind and they have the best Christmas tree

The hotel did not have restarunt open when we where there and the tea afternoon's biscuits are should be better, but everything else is perfect!

We loved everything about our stay at the Peninsula. Our suite was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. You can’t go wrong with the location of this hotel. You are on fifth Avenue close to all the shops, walking distance to the central park and the metro station was very close. We loved every minute of our one week stay! In particular, Frederick and Faysel at the concierge were very helpful. The front desk staff were all wonderful.

The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that we didn’t have a coffee maker/espresso maker in our suite. When I called to ask where the coffee machine was??? I was told I can rent it for $50. I think, when you stay in a five star hotel something as simple as an espresso machine should be complimentary. Other than this, everything else was perfect!

The property was beautiful with a chandelier of fresh flowers as you enter. The property was clean and welcoming. The location was great and close to Central Park, as well as getting to Times Square and Rockefeller Square. We were able to walk where we needed to go. The coffee shop next door is the place to go for breakfast.

Granted it is a higher end hotel, but I needed an iron and hair dryer. I didn't have time to send out my shirt that needed to be ironed and most hotels have a hairdryer available. Breakfast was a little too overpriced. The eyeball art on the walls was not my taste.

Beautiful Hotel. It was our first time staying here and we loved it. The location and facilities are top notch. The hotel rooms are quiet and very comfortable. The entire staff from Front desk , Concierge , HouseStaff and Doormen make all the difference in distinguishing this property from others . You wont be disappointed in staying here and it will be difficult to stay elsewhere !

everything was perfect

- very central location on fifth Avenue - a little old fashioned (style and electric switches), but very well maintained - the breakfast restaurant had good quality at a reasonable price

- in the beginning, we were assigned a corner room with just 1 window (other than booked). But when we insisted to get a corner room with 2 windows (like in the picture at Booking com), then we got such a corner room with 2 windows -there was construction on the fassade towards Fith Ave. during our stay. But that had not been a problem for us - we would have expected a coffee or tea maker in the room, but there was none

Pros - well maintained property, spacious room, comfortable mattress, and lovely shower head - cosmetics products by McKenzie Reilly are of very good quality (especially the body lotion!) - F&B quality (especially clement) is top notch - attentive and dedicated staff (shout out to Okxana at the front desk and Federick at the Conciergerie who have been worderful) - ideal location for shopping - love the fact that you can come and access the elevators without necessarily passing through the front desk (for privacy)

Cons - obviously price is not cheap but you pay for quality here - there was a small air gap in my door which was constantly moving when housekeeping was opening / closing adjacent room doors - if your room is on the 5th ave then it will be a bit noisy - found the staff working at the rooftop arrogant (not the barmaids though) and would judge you too quickly without knowing who you are (not that I’m anyone important but everyone should deserve the same level of service)

Location is amazing, Just next to luxury brands. Staff are helpful and friendly.

I’ve been to several Peninsula hotels, this was the most downgraded version on them all. Room needs serious renovation. Rooms sizes are quite small. Also, when checked-in got a bathroom rope with yellow stains on.

The location is perfectly positioned in the heart of fifth avenue. A beautiful boutique hotel with exceptional staff and customer service. Spa was super. The rooftop bar is a nice spot to chill out. James was excellent in reception and concierge were super helpful in restaurant bookings and general info on the sites.

Food quality could be improved overall. As well the breakfast room service call center could see improvement in their customer service.
