There were lots fo fly screens. The garden is lovely and there is an outdoor setting on the water. The view is gorgous. The apartment was well decorated. There was a TV with an HDMI cable and lots of videos.

Breakfast is no longer provided on the first morning. This needs to be removed for the website. Spa does nto work. Bathroom door is sticky and tends to bang when it is left open. The temperature button on the oven was loose so you just had to guess oven temperature. The wifi was very weak and did not really work. We had an EV and the chrger at Mood Food was broken. We back tracked to Brighton.

Beautiful location, great accommodation and facilities! Love the kitchenette and the fridge is fully stocked with extra goodies. The owner Veronica greeted us on arrival and was kind enough to provide extra pillows for my daughter. Her gorgeous photography is also displayed in the accommodation. Paddy's flat is equipped with everything you need & the surrounding property is lovely to take a river stroll in the afternoon or watch the sunrise.

If you require stable internet access, the guest wifi in Paddy's flat isn't the best. Perhaps moving the central router location could resolve this - or it may be a network issue. I used my 4G data & hotspotted during the stay :)

You open the back door of the cottage and are met with a beautiful garden that leads down onto the Derwent River!The property is a home away from home but without the noise and people and only 5 minutes drive into New Norfolk!

Nothing to dislike about the property but relying on the local taxi service can be a bit challenging!

The owner was wonderful when we rang in to say we were running late and told us not to worry and to get there safely. The studio was a room with a view and so well set up. Cosy room and big bathroom. Very clean. The brekky selection was a huge bonus! Loved every moment we were there and would definitely recommend it. Thank you Veronica.

Spectacular scenic river view. Clean and comfortable.

It’s not that I didn’t like it, but there are (2) things that would improve the property: More kitchen bench space - maybe consider a small island bench? The heat pump remote display was really hard to read. I think all it needs is a new set of batteries.

Loved the view that we had and the way the cabin was set up for us. As soon as we arrived we instantly felt relaxed. The cabin was clean and warm ready for our arrival. The cabin was set up with goodies for our breakfast ..the eggs coming from the chickens that are at the property. I would definitely recommend this property to others and will stay again when in the area.

Continental breakfast supplies were available, bread, butter, cereal, milk etc. The cottage had the most awesome view as it was situated on the bank of the Derwent River, so it was peaceful, quiet and of course there was a breathtaking view. A carpark was also available for the cottage.

There was nothing to dislike.

The cottage was wonderful. The facilities were great. The washing machine was an added bonus for us. The owner had left some very nice food for breakfast, something that doesn't happen in many places. There was a lovely garden that went right down to the river. A most relaxing stay.

We liked everything.

The grounds and gardens are beautiful. There is on site parking. Staff sre friendly on arrival and then leave you to your own devices. The cabins are lovely. Ours with a kitchen included bread, milk, butter as well as cereal and tea and coffee. All the bathroom essentials were provided aswell, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and soap. It was beautifully located along the river not that far a drive out of Hobart. It was an absolute bargain for the level of accommodation and facilities that were provided. We would def book to stay there again.

Nothing bad to mention!

Breakfast was great. bed was very comfy and cosy. The owner was very helpful with directions..heater was on for me when I arrived. only one little hiccup and that was the kitchen light which was hard to find ...down the stairs and on the far wall Would thoroughly recommend this little place and would have loved to have spent more time there sitting by the river.

locally home made raspberry jam would have been the icing on the cake.
