The hotel exudes cleanliness and coziness, with an amazing breakfast that caters to your every need. The staff, incredibly friendly, made my week-long stay truly delightful.

The Wifi signal was exceptionally weak, hindering my ability to stream HD/4K videos on my Mac. When I brought up the issue with the staff, they acknowledged the problem and assured me that they were actively addressing it. Additionally, it's worth noting that the nearest S-bahn station is an 8-minute walk away, which may be a minor inconvenience for those inclined to minimize physical effort.

Very good breakfast, nice sort of different choices, peaceful atmosphere, clean room, TV with many programs and choices of free movies with tricky access on the remote control, protected parking in the garage, really satisfacting daily cleanup.

No real heating in the room although promoting on the website, only air blowing from the wall - heating should be promoted if standard radiators or floor heating installed, according to my opinion. A bit long check-in, asking for invoice several days, getting different answers from each receptionist on 'why not today', but finally got it on last evening.Toaster at breakfast could be a better one ( faster), but still OK.

The room was spacious enough and nice. The bathroom as well. There even was an ironing table and iron in the room, which was very convenient. Location is ok, Rossman and Lidl 2 min walking from the hotel. It takes 25 min by tram to the city center.

There were some brochures claiming high level of cleanness of the room, which made me do a double check. And it resulted there was dust on the toilet sink and some other surfaces where it might seem clean because of the color but if you see it closely and touch it, it looked like it had not been cleaned for three days. This was a bit disappointing particularly for the very expensive price of the room. Another thing I didn't like was the two single blankets on the double bed, instead of a single double size blanket. I find this very uncomfortable. And breakfast was not included despite the very high price.

I was over charged as I booked through booking.com when I explained to the female receptionist she wasn’t helpful and I had to argue the point. Then when she agreed it was their mistake she said she had applied a refund for the discrepancy. When I asked for a receipt for that, she said she hadn’t done it as she’s a trainee and doesn’t have authorisation to do that. she would have to await a manager to come. Therefore she hadn’t authorised the refund as she said. luckily I returned after breakfast and got a manager to sort it out. I appreciate these things can happen but felt it had been dealt with badly by staff.

The room was good: clean, fresh.

It would be good if there will be some new things for breakfast once in a week. If you stay for 1 week and more, you will get bored of breakfasts pretty soon.

The bed was very comfortable, the room was spacious.

We were not given any coffee capsules for our last morning. The shower drain was blocked and flooded the area under the toilet (obviously we advised the staff of this issue).

Staff were excellent, spoke English/German. The breakfast was so good, the room was spacious, clean and warm

The bathroom soap was too harsh for me. I happened to forget my toothpaste and when I asked the hotel, they provided a very small sachet of tooth cleaning gel.

hotel was nice and clean, good breakfast, good position for our purposes.

There was only 1 towel at our arrival, and I had to ask 3 times for one more. I understand it was busy and can happen but some attention more for the clients is necessary. For breakfast would be nice to have some fruits more.
