Room size, amenities, and open bath on 17t h floor

Hole ways could have been cleaner. Can restaurant serve breakfast with more variations? Could it also serve other meals.

Hot bath very good. Place is quiet and hotel quiet with nice view on 17th floor for relax after bath.

The pillow . The checkin with staff can’t talk minimum of English . 10:00 is check out !!! Why not 11:00 as other Apa? Here u need pay extra and from 9:45 your tv turn on alone with a message

The onsen was great, and it was nice how you could see how crowded the onsen was from the TV in the room. Even though there was a small language barrier (we got around that with body langauge and Google Translate), the reception service was fantastic. Though the rooms were small, they were well equipped and it was nice having a bidet in the toilet.

The room was quite small so it was a hassle to get items in and out of our suitcases. The carpet wasn't the cleanest as I could see other people's stray hairs stuck to the carpet. There also wasn't many channels on the TV. I would have preferred having room service every 2nd night instead of every 3rd night.

Lovely hotel, in a very convenient location out of the hustle and bustle of the city but easy connections to wherever you want go. Lovely breakfast and restaurant.

Small room, but everything you need dims there.

Loved how they cleaned the room every third day of my stay, regardless if you requested for room service or not. The room is very clean and has everything you will need. The staff is also super friendly and can converse well in English. The onsen/ spa at the top floor is absolutely a cherry on top during winter. The location is superb as it's right near the heart of Tokyo city (but super quiet as well which is awesome to get a good rest). Convenience stores are close by as well as the train station that can easily take you to popular areas such as Shinjuku, Shibuya, Ginza, Ueno etc.

Excellent location... Near subway lines... Quiet area, but not far from the restaurant area... The room is small but clean and has all the needed supplies... Having a coffee machine in the room is perfect... Extra credits for the OSEN on the top floor... Breakfast is simple but very good and healthy... Super easy check-in process... Friendly staff everywhere in the hotel, including reception, restaurant, and cleaning staff... Providing enough towels every day for both of room and the spa...

Having a paper ticket for each breakfast meal is considered inconvenient... I would rather recommend the hotel add this to the room card and have a card reader at the restaurant...

APA Hotel Pride was another great APA hotel. It's hard to find a hotel that's a better value. Friendly staff, clean and larger rooms for the price, and over all an excellent experience. On-site laundry, onsen, and restaurant and a great location if you want to see the Palace or spend time in the Ginza area. Lots of things nearby, while also being far enough away from the city center to be very peaceful at night.

If you're staying near the elevator you're likely to find the cleaning staff leaving things outside your room during their room cleaning shift. It can be a bit off putting to open your door and finding bags of garbage from other rooms outside your door. No AC during the non-summer months, but the rooms can cool down quickly once the heat is off, but as someone who likes to be cold while sleeping, it's a bit annoying. But for the price, it's hard to beat.

The room was clean and the onsite free onsen was a benefit we took advantage of daily! We both have tattoos, and while I was able to cover all of mine, my husband was only able to cover a few of his. Despite this we never had an issue with anyone complaining about his tattoos, which he was afraid of! The staff were very kind and helpful - we had issues with ordering some pizza and the staff assisted us with a smile :D

Everything at the hotel was exceptional, with the exception of the breakfast. We were disappointed as most of the food served was cold, even though we went right after breakfast hours started. The only hot food was the rice and coffee.

Great central location yet quiet. Right opposite tube station in the business area (Akasaka) and convenient for all major attractions and airport. Enjoy the walk around neighbourhood searching for dinner (tons of options). Overall, Great value for money.

The standard room is small however I know that before travelling to Tokyo as told by my Japanese friends. As a solo traveller, I can manage it around the room and be able to do some work as well. But I can’t imagine how a couple could fit in this size room, better opt for larger room.

Excellent hotel! The room was extremely clean and the complimentary items were nice. Though the room was small, it was very cozy and comfy to sleep in. I had to checkout a few days early, which the staff were very helpful with! The location is also very safe and convenient, and being near Hie Shrine is a bonus! Will definitely stay here again next time I visit Tokyo! PS: I want to give special thanks to the staff member who helped me change my checkout date! She was very friendly and went above and beyond to help despite there being a language barrier!

The nearest konbini is somewhat of a walk away. Not a big deal, but after walking around Tokyo all day it was a little bit of a drag to get there.
