Room very good. I love that has a fridge on it and the coffee machine. I love the swimming pool.

I found 3 days too much to have the room cleaned. I would change every 2 days. The only thing that I didn't like is that bar has disappear like it was in the afternoon and the restaurant works few hours (before the covid was better). Since I was there 8 years ago, I found that the room didn't change at all but stays at the same conditions No control in the swimming pool, when there is a group of child since they are playing with toys or other things (plastic cubs, etc) so it can be dangerous for the rest that wants to swim a little.

Everyone at the property was friendly and professional. My flight arrived late, so there were no options for food but the front desk gave me some suggestions via DoorDash. Room was clean and comfortable and conveniently located next to the outlet mall for any things I may have needed. Breakfast and dinner restaurants attatched were also lovely and provided plenty of options.

It's a little disappointed that there was no jacuzzi where the pool was located and that the property was not as upscale as the one next door, which had rooms available for the same price.

The bed, the pillows, the bedding was so comfortable! The room was quiet and withe curtains pulled shut nice and dark. We slept great.

There was only one hourly shuttle from O'Hare, and we missed one by less than a few minutes. We couldn't book a ride in advance. The recorded message from the hotel about where to find the shuttle was very confusing, especially if you arrived on an international flight. The long wait, watching other hotel shuttles pass multiple times, putting up with the engine exhaust and noise, smokers, etc. was very difficult after almost 20 solid hours of travel. SCHEDULE MORE SHUTTLES MORE OFTEN or you will lose customers. We will NOT book Crowne Plaza again because of this experience. Also, the price was at least 50% higher than it should have been for a hotel that was nothing special.

The rooms were spacious, served by multiple elevators, so no waiting, swimming pool/gym was a bonus, the hotel was quite large, which gave a sense of grandure, and the location was handy - close to a large mall, as well as the airport.

Breakfast was odd, served in what felt like tin foil dog bowls, all seemed a bit rushed and as though it's not really something the hotel wanted to cater for. Free shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel was every hour, so arrival for pick up at quarter past the hour, meant a 20 minute wait, until we found out it was every hour, then got a taxi.

* Breakfast: everything was delicious, it is a buffet with lots of options 10/10 (I eat GF and even for me was great) and opened 6:30-11am * Beds and pillows were soft and comfortable * pool is opened from 5am-10pm and is very nice. Same time for the gym *Personnel was kind and friendly, they were helpful all the time but never overwhelming I think the price was just a little higher than other places with much less amenities. This hotel has good price-quality. The shuttle runs every hour from 5am to 10pm. At the hour leaving the hotel and at the 15 at the airport at door 2 of the shuttle parking

Everything was amazing

Booking messed up the communication with the hotel. We booked a room with 2 queen beds, but that information wasn't relayed to the hotel. It also was not in the details of the booking, only in the 'message the hotel' tab in the booking app. Despite this, they gave us the room we booked without asking any questions.

Parking for 1 night was $25, which is a but expensive for a hotel nowhere near the city center

The hotel made a lot of effort to deep clean the room because my daughter has an allergy of dustmate. I am very appreciated. Room was clean. Hotel also provides airport shuttle bus from and to the airport. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Also they made the guess felt like home. The location is just opposite Fashion Outlet where we spent shopping. My wife and daughter love this place. We will definitely come back again when visit Chicago.

The staff was incredibly nice from the moment we stepped in the door and every moment after. The check in process was easy and the front desk staff was so nice and friendly. The room was clean and well taken care of. Everything in the hotel was clean, well maintained, and the whole stay was very comfortable. Even though the hotel was busy during our stay, we never had any issues with noise or not having our needs met. The property is well staffed and maintained. I would strongly recommend staying at the Crowne Plaza to anyone and will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

close to the theater, spacious room, felt luxurious. had a pool, two exercise rooms. nice staff, especially the lady that greeted me the afternoon I came!

the Starbucks wasn’t actually a Starbucks and the lady at the register had an attitude when I was very confused on why they had everything placement (cups, cup holders, sign) as a Starbucks. I wish there was continental voucher, I don’t remember getting a voucher but the food wasn’t worth it anyway so I had to use the UberEats app for most of my trip. & the room was quite cold even with the heat in the upper 70’s. also an outlet came out the wall, hopefully I can still get my deposit back cause it wasn’t my fault.

We stayed for an overnight transit. Location is about 5-10 minutes away from the airport. Decent selection of breakfast and also good amenities including pools and the gym that we haven't got a chance to enjoy. Within walking distance to Fashion Outlet of Chicago

The room and the hotel in general is quite outdated as expected for most of the hotel in the States.
