Clean and confortable hotel. Very good bed, shower and wifi.
The problem is the hotel is a bit far from buses or trains. So if you are by foot like me be prepare to walk 3.5 kms from the train station. Or you have to take a taxi. About 2500¥ from the train station. And if you want to buy some food, shops are about 1.5 kms from the hotel. That's the only bad point for me

It's a great location from Mt. Fuji and the surrounding towns. The staff are kind and helpful too. It wasn't dirty and the room was a decent size.
The bed was a little uncomfortable, but doable, especially after a long day exploring Fuji.

the facilities with the onsen where really nice, the reception helped us out, answered all our questions and helped us call a taxi
the location - it is quite far away from town and hard to reach without a car - taxi needed

Beds were actually soft and more like an American bed, i usually have to sleep on harder japanese beds that hurt my back. it was comfortable and has enough space for my whole family (wife and 2 kids) to enjoy. The staff didn't speak any english but google translate did that for me, and everything went very smooth.
