Great location about 10-15 minutes walk into the centre of St Helier. Friendly staff and the room was comfy and clean. Some street parking and a car park close by. Only a short walk down the road to Havre des Pas for a swim. Some lovely local restaurants nearby if you don't want to go into town.

Our room was on the ground floor at the front which meant you couldn't have the window open if people were smoking or talking loudly right outside.

Small friendly hotel. Just a short walk to the beach and St Helier. Gill Fernando and Ricardo very helpful. Booked excursions and taxis for us. Breakfast was excellent staff very efficient and everywhere clean.

Bathroom dated with twin cupboard type doors with door magnets keeping them shut but very clean. Could do with light at the end of the corridor as it was a struggle to get key in yale lock on room door. Minor things which didn't spoil our stay. Overall a lovely hotel.

Check in was smooth, the location is brilliant, the garden suite was quiet. Loads of hot water available. The cafe down the street is cheap and cheerful with great coffee and chips. There is a lovely seafood restaurant nearby and is about 2 minutes walk to the sea water baths. Easy walking to the shopping district.

The shower in room 4 needs sorting out. Most of the water squirts out the side so temperature control is an issue. A bedside lamp would be useful and a bit of a dusting under the beds would not go amiss.

I was very well greeted upon arrival and throughout the stay the staff were absolutely wonderful, always friendly and helpful and genuinely interested in how you spent your time. The room I had was one of the chalets outside the main building, overlooking the well-kept garden. Although the decor and furnishing were somewhat dated, it had a charming feel about it so didn't detract from the stay at all. The room was spacious and comfortable and was larger than I had originally anticipated. The location was amazing, only a short walk from the beach at Harve des Pas, which looks amazing in the early evening light.

The breakfast options were a little limited, but the food was always freshly prepared and tasty. The only ventilation was from a large window which I was not comfortable leaving open overnight, nor with any property in the room whilst I was out.

A wonderful, older property on Jersey. I stayed in one of the single bed rooms with a dormer style window, with a small view of the ocean through one of the side windows. It was the top room, far left. The online pictures matched the room. The room was small, being in the eve of the roof, but comfortable. Some of the electrical outlets even had USB charging ports. The bathroom was very roomy, being toward the center of the high pitched roof, and modern. The food in the restaurant was very good and reasonably priced.

Some of the pictures online made me think it was closer to the ocean. It was 1 block away, an easy walk. I think the shower water pressure was low, but usable.

I really like the charm of this hotel which is largely down to the staff and the atmosphere. It’s clean, had exactly what I needed and a perfectly situated. I particularly liked having one of the garden chalets, it made a business trip feel far more relaxed and less like work. The staff are so friendly and make you feel they want you there. I have never felt this relaxed in a business trip.

Nothing, there was nothing I didn’t like. Let’s be honest, it isn’t modern but that doesn’t mean it needs upgrading. Why? Because it was clean, had everything the people in business or holiday need, great location and the staff were lovely. This hotel has a lovely atmosphere and I wish I’d found this hotel years ago. There really is nothing not to like and the only, only reason I didn’t rate it exceptional is so it doesn’t attract a clientele who’ll be disappointed that it’s not super modern with all singing all dancing facilities and then bad mouth it. I really like this place and with fewer hotel rooms than ever in jersey wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

The location was fine we walked everywhere the havre des pas was a little disappointing not as much life as we were expecting. Thought more cafe type establishments would be available.

I know hotels have to have bedding that is easily cleaned but the pillows were like slabs of concrete. On the double bed out of four pillows only one was usable and the single only one was usable. Just as well only two of us were using the room.

What I totally appreciated in this cozy hotel is the friendliness of all staff. Everyone was helpful and friendly. I had an issue with the shower in my room, the boss didn’t hesitate to give me another room. The rooms are spacious (except for the single room), the beds sooo cozy (I slept like a log) and everything is clean. Breakfast offers a big selection of various things, above all I liked the selection of cereals. Thank you soooo much for the change of having a late check-out!! The lady even cleaned my room before checking out. Great the hotel has a lift! You contributed to a wonderful stay of myself in Jersey!! Thank you! 🤗🤗✈️👍

Pity the hotel bar wasn’t open till late ☺️ but I know why and it was no problem at all.

breakfast was a buffet english or fruit or continental probably could have had all of them. The room was big and well furnished. The view I had was over the indoor large garden lawn area with plenty of chairs deck chairs to soak up the sun. The evening dinner I chose was a traditional roast beef dinner. The best roast dinner I have had in a long time. I could go on but I highly recommend this hotel. I visiyed some of the other hotels such as the raddison and pomme d'or. They offered nothing in comparison.

Seriously could not fault anything.

This hotel is what I would call a classic "English" hotel: quite dated concerning the interior and equipment but nonetheless very comfortable. I enjoyed that it was rather quiet and small hotel with not much traffic. The furniture, though, was dating back to the 1980ies, very unmodern and used. Plus the unavoidable carpet in all room areas but the bath. In the installations were also very outdated (bath/shower, no water saving toilet flush, tiles from another era). The housekeeping was doing a very good job: it was clean and towels were changed every day. However, the room had heating, hairdryer, kettle and complimentary coffee/tea. I slept very well in the bed and enjoyed the old-fashionedness of the hotel. Especially with regard to the price it was very good value. The receptionist was very friendly and always asked about my day tours and experience.

An overall renovation is long overdue in terms of interior design/furniture.
