Nice breakfast. Large front facing room. Friendly staff

When we arrived 15 mins before breakfast finished a waiter who was showing us to a table looked at his watch, very unprofessional About 1 mile walk to town which is fine, but if you are going back and forward it can be quite tiring. Bus services to the hotel stops quite early. We arrived at the airport, bus to bus station. (about 6pm). No buses available which pass the hotel so had to walk with cases. Taxis are expensive!!

We stayed BnB and really can’t fault the breakfasts at the hotel. Good length of time the restaurant was open so no need to rush to get down. Staff (especially Charity) were really attentive and efficient from taking your order to clearing your plates. Nothing was too much trouble. All staff really pleasant and willing to chat and pass the time of day. Bar staff (Victor) worked hard and got to know what you wanted when you walked in. Room was spacious, clean and maintained every morning without fail. Domestic staff again were pleasant, respectful and willing to wait if you was still in the room. Room could do with a little toe makeover to brighten and freshen up, but other than that, can’t fault it. Beds were comfy and the addition of a fan was a bonus.

Little round tables for two could have done with being a little bigger, but not a problem once you moved stuff around.

Staff were very warm and welcoming. Laid back feel, large comfy room, lovely shower/bath.

Limited food options due to delivery problems but this did not make too much difference to our trips. The location of the hotel is good but still a fair walk into the main area of st. Helier. Bud service can be accessed from outside the hotel but we ended up walking most of the time.

Well situated with lots of available parking. Close to lovely Millennium park and city centre. The pool area and indoor spa a little constricted but welcome areas to relax in. Pool itself is a decent size and nice to swim in. Communal areas clean and well decorated. Breakfast a little limited but ok. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Rooms are on the tired and dated side but family room was spacious and bathroom modern and properly appointed.

the cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional. the swimming pool and jacuzzi was lovely to relax in. will definitely stay again.

when I checked in I got into my hotel room and realized there was no remote. I’m not sure if it was taken out by housekeepers to disinfect or if the previous guests took it by accident. However I spoke to a member of staff and they sorted it out the very next day so can’t complain about service.

A good choice at breakfast , the quality of the sausages and bacon were very good . The staff were very pleasant and attentive . The hotel was very clean and the rooms were spacious and well maintained .

Nothing major , ate in the hotel on my first evening , had the lamb which was fine but only one slice !

Lack of comfortable chairs in the bar area Therefore unable to invite friends or even make friends with other guests I think the hotel lost a lot of revenue re comfortable chairs Lack of evening entertainment not even any board games etc

Shelf needed in bathroom under the mirror and somewhere to place shampoos ect within shower instead Of placing them on floor of shower

We had a lovely stay for 4 nights for a family getaway. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the dinner was very good. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, especially with some niche requests for our toddler. The pool was lovely. Thanks so much 😊

The room was a good size. with good facilities in the room (tea & coffee in the room with biscuits), a nice comfortable double bed, as I was leaving at 7am on the 22nd the receptionist at check in organised a continental breakfast for me in the restaurant for 6am. Cannot comment on the pool as I did not have time to use it.

In my opinion as I was only there for a a day and had arranged to go out morning, afternoon and evening with my collegues in my time spent at the hotel there was nothing to dislike about the hotel.
