Greeting on arrival was so impressive, breakfast superb, Bohemia restaurant - incredible, Spa - average, outside pool lovely although not heated, rooms excellent and showers amazing!!! Perfect location!

It’s minor detail, because it all was truly superb. If I were to change anything - the Spa could be upgraded somewhat, the pool is not warm enough for a Spa temperature, but not large enough for exercise if not. Outdoor pool was not used I noticed by many as it is not heated - a bit of heating would have made it perfect.

breakfast, staff, food, facilities, cleanness, location were all excellent for the price. Good location - port only 5 mins drive and centre of town is 5-10min walk.

Bathroom door had warped slightly in all our guest's bathrooms. One of our party had a missing a plug for the bath but quickly given one and another the wardrobe door was broken (wouldn't slide).

breakfast - freshly cooked and good selection room - spotless. towels changed even when not requested. spa - only used the pool, but was good. Staff - excellent, very accommodating, polite

Location of hotel wasn't as close to the main square as I would have liked - Didn't like walking through the tunnel. I know we could have walked around, but that was a longer walk. Although the hotel was close to the town, the town & indoor market at St Helier weren't the tourist attractions as I expected - just a 'normal' indoor market, and just the usual High Street shops, as well as empty shops.

outside pool didn’t seem to be cleaned everyday lots of flowers and wasps in it. lots of wasps in the bedroom.

The location was excellent, being central to town but very quiet. We enjoyed the outdoor pool as well as the indoor pool and spa. The food in Bohemia was just amazing and the ambience was great. The best of all were the staff, so welcoming, friendly and efficient. Special mention to Barbara on reception - she made us feel so welcome from the minute we stepped in the door - what an asset she is for the hotel.

Everything was just wonderful.

Clean, comfortable room. Very helpful staff. Comfy bed. Very happy with the studio room. Interestingly the hotel entrance is weird but not a big issue.

Food at the bar was bad. Service was not good. Not enough staff to cover all the tables. Since the prices are high, one can expect much better service and food.

The service in the hotel itself was excellent, all the receptionists were super helpful. The hotel is in a fantastic spot and although you don't get a good view, the location makes up for it. The amenities are great, the spa was lovely and the breakfast excellent with great service.

The restaurant was a bit of a disappointment. It may sound trivial but as Bohemia is a Michelin starred restaurant I think it's justified to expect excellent service. We ordered the tasting menu with the matched wine and they forgot the wine for our first course. I flagged this up, they seemed apologetic and said they'd compensate. At no point we received even a drop of extra wine or was this reflected in our bill. We paid £42 service charge for service that clearly didn't deserve this. We promptly cancelled our booking for the next day. The most disappointing fine dining experience.

The arrival by reception staff was courteous and informative. We were given a little tour of facilities etc. The room, including cleanliness and comfort, ambience, and decor of the hotel, staff, breakfast and location were perfectly spot on. We would stay here again. If the little things already mentioned by others regarding the spa facilities are carried out, it would be even better.

There was a light bulb not working in the entrance. The salt spa wasn't working, but we were told on arrival. The jacuzzi wasn't working.

Very quiet and well appointed. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was extremely comfortable with a lovely bathroom. The beds were very comfortable as well. Just a short walk through town gets you to some lovely shops. The restaurant was amazing and very well known on the island as one of quality.

The air conditioning kept cutting out in the early morning hours so we kept waking up very hot.

Spotlessly clean. Welcoming, friendly, helpful, informative, knowledgable staff. Great location for the town and for travelling out. Wonderful bar food and drink. The outdoor pool great for unwinding after a days sightseeing. The spa a fabulous area to recharge your batteries.
