We stayed for one night to attend the Taylor Swift concert and I was extremely happy with the service we received. The check in process was seamless and we were very grateful to check in early after a long drive from Adelaide. Arranging valet parking was quick and easy, and meant we could simply check in and relax before our night out. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean with great amenities. We enjoyed a full buffet breakfast before checking out and again, were very impressed with the service. I would highly recommend as a perfect spot to stay in the Melbourne CBD!

My only feedback was that the view from room was not appealing, although this was a very minor point. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed the location. An easy drive in, we were able to park and unload our luggage before driving to the carpark nearby. Very friendly and accommodating staff. The hotel is new and beautiful. The room was not large but very attractive. A huge bed, a little soft, but still comfortable. Very clean, very quite and private. Gorgeous bathroom. Loved our breakfast and the very attentive staff. Again the location is so good for ease of getting everywhere in the CBD and easy drive out. Would definitely stay again.

Room could be slightly larger. A lack of somewhere comfy to sit, the chaise at the table (although looked nice) was unusable which made no sense just took up valuable space. Would have preferred a comfortable chair.

Very friendly staff, amazing breakfast catering to all diets and lots to choose from. Room was clean, modern, spacious and although in the middle of cbd no noise on level 10. location is perfect right next to trams to travel around the city. Bathroom had toothbrushes which was great as we didn’t bring any, room service was fast and food was delicious. Tried the bar one night and wish we had of been able to go again as it was a great vibe and staff again were extremely polite and friendly. Checkin was so simple and checkout was stress free and done in 2 mins with no issues.

Can’t say there was much to be unhappy about but I would say the mini bar wasn’t very cold and when we bought some drinks to leave in there they were warm and flat the next day. Unsure why this was, may have been an issue with it but we didn’t really use it other than that one day.

I booked for 2 adults and 1 child (8 years old) through booking.com, where it was mentioned that my child stays for free with breakfast included. However, upon going for breakfast, the staff informed me that although my child stays for free, breakfast is not included because I had only listed myself and my husband’s names in the guest information. Even after promptly updating the details, I was still charged for breakfast.

The breakfast was absolutely fabulous ! Very impressed. Bed was very comfortable. Rooms not overly large but beautifully decked out . Lovely bathroom products

The amount charged on check in was incorrect - higher than booking.com rate so was reversed and rebilled I have now found on my credit card it has still been charged at a higher rate - so now have to call the hotel to rectify this. A little frustrating and time consuming unfortunately

Great selection of hot/cold breakfast and lovely coffee, plus additonal free filter coffee available. Very friendly staff and accomodating on an earlier check in. Loved the styling, a lovely vintage look with a little modern added.

The bed was a little too soft for our liking and it would be nice if the shower had a door that fully closed it in. Would've also been nice if there was a minibar with purchasable items, however room service was available for a fee.

Everything about my stay wass perfect A hidden gem with the most wonderful staff This was a 7 star place beats alot of other 5 star properties I like to try different hotels in the city area including crown and so far this is right up there for all round feels It beats 2 out of the 3 hotels crown has to offer It beats the other places i have stayed in the city simply due to the esy the staff treated us but solely on this

Lovely rooms, very clean and modern. The SMS check out option is very convenient. I didn't get to the breakfast buffet nor use the Executive Lounge but hope to next time around.

I made this booking through Booking.Com with the rate of $386.10 however when checking in, I was charged $435.44. I called and enquired about this and was told that I'd receive a refund but it will take 3 weeks. Very dissatisfied with this situation.

The breakfast was ok, nothing exceptional but quite acceptable.

Checkin and checkout time are ridiculous in Australia and nothing exceptional for this hotel but if they would decide to follow international standards (check in 14h/check out 12h) would certainly be a + for customers. Overall it is a nice hotel in a very nicely renovated building.

The property itself lived up to the expectations one would have as the Hilton , but what really made the difference was the amazing staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and cheerful, it really made our stay special.

Considering the cost of the room, I was a bit disappointed with the cost of the valet parking and that fact that internet isn't necessarily free.
