Having everything right there was nice, pools, lazy river, arcade, bar, food- the convenience

When I booked the stay the description of the room was misleading. It was supposed to be an “apartment” and it was a hotel room with an extra bedroom. There was not a sitting area or anything apartment about it. We also had really great interactions with all the staff, other than a waitress at fins working the day we were leaving, Sid. She was rude and hateful. She had a very poor way of interacting. We didn’t even eat breakfast there because she was so horrible and ill tempered.

The property is off the parkway ,which is nice , because it’s quiet. The property is clean . Staff is approachable and friendly. I liked walking in the morning and observing the mountains. The property is spread out and there is a river on property too. My kids loved the entertainment room.

I did not like the following- - There is no laundry room in the hotel ( it’s across the parking lot in the middle of the RV area). It is super innconvient to walk laundry across the parking lot. Also every time I tried to launder my clothes the room was full with people from the RV area washing clothes and I had to launder my clothes off property. - the hallway smells of grease from the kitch. The hotel needs to invest in a better venting system. It’s gross to smell oil and grease .

The guy who came with the Parrots was cool. Enjoyed the lazy river except that you have to use a float to be in it. Property is in good location and beds were comfortable. Front lobby smells nice, but hallways smell gross.

Didn’t eat breakfast there too expensive. They gave me black coffee at store instead of macchiato I ordered. The day we were going to hang out at the pool the speaker system was broken. Another time we tried to go to pool it was shutdown for cleaning. The mini fridge in room barley fits anything at all. A lot of the staff do not speak English. There is no service elevator so frequently sharing elevator with service staff. Not enough chairs by pool to lay out on. No service staff at pool when we out up flags. The pizza my daughter ordered from cafe was not very good, so we chose not to order anything else.

The breakfast was fantastic & the staff was even better. We ended up riding the elevator multiple times with employees and every single one of them went out of their way to be friendly. The activities through the day was so helpful with us with two small kids!

The king size beds were not as comfortable as we were expecting although the kids beds were excellent! We have two suggestions that would have made our stay a 11/10. Larger trash cans in the room, we found ourselves taking the trash out multiple times a day because they were so small (we also had diaper changes and toddler snacks we were dealing with). The other is more towel racks. With us going to the pool multiple times, we ended up having to lay our swimsuits on the floor to dry. Overall, the hotel was excellent and the staff was absolutely amazing!!

This was the perfect resort for our family vacation to Dollywood and Pigeon Forge! The kids (ages 6, 4, and 2) loved the pool/slide, arcade, the special activities (parrot show!) and of course cheese pizza by the pool each night. The rooms are very large with an excellent set up for the kids to have their own space and tuck the pack n play away so the little one could also have peace and quiet. We loved our stay and will certainly be back! It was my first time to the area and this resort was clearly newer and nicer than most you’ll find in Pigeon Forge.

The room and property were very clean. However, we were there for 5 nights, and our room was never truly cleaned. They have signage about refreshing towels and light cleaning daily, but on the 3rd day your room was supposed to be cleaned. Ours never was - we got fresh towels but had to go ask for toiletries, in-room coffee everyday etc.

The lodge was excellent! We received a free upgrade to a king room with balcony - this had a view over the Smoky Mountains which was amazing! Great facilities with lots of activities. Lazy river and pool were open until late in the evening. Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was very modern and clean.

Improved access to the lazy river for lodge guests. To access it you have to go through the arcade/games room. It could be signposted better. The daily room cleaning could be improved. It is listed as minimal room cleaning but given the cost of the hotel I think this could be improved.

We stayed in the lodge. Everything was fantastic! Beds were the most comfortable of any hotel we have ever stayed. We had a queen suite so there was an extra little room with twin beds that allowed my daughter and I to have our own private space away from the guys. The resort is new and spotless. The facility had tins of games and activities as well as a fantastic arcade. We especially loved the lazy river. It is a 10 out of 10 compared to all our hotel stays in Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg/ Sevierville area.

The music is a tad too loud in common areas making conversation difficult in the restaurant and pool. It continually plays Jimmy Buffet. Perhaps they could revisit the music and have a Jimmy Buffet type music playlist with other artists but the same vibe. By the end of 4 days we were sick of the same songs constantly playing over and over.

We loved it here .. LOVED the lazy river.. I believe this is one of the nicest hotels we've stayed in up until now 😄 it's so clean. Soo much stuff to do.. you don't have to worry if you have a "rain day" bc there's enough inside to keep the kids happy for awhile... We will definitely be coming back in summers to come.

The only thing we didnt like is that there is no continental breakfast.. just free coffee until 8am.. with as much as we paid a night to be here, it would've been nice if they offered atleast a free small breakfast (donuts, cereal, fruit).. everything had a price tag on it..

The amenities and the room was great. Lots of things to keep the whole family entertained. If you like soda, vitamin water, Gatorade, etc… getting the refillable cup is the best deal at this location. Well worth the money!

The mini fridge is just that, mini. It is honestly the smallest fridge I have ever seen. Looks like a makeup fridge. The all you can eat breakfast is way over priced for what it is. I’ve stayed at some pretty cheap hotels that have free breakfast that was better than that. The other food that they offer is expensive as well but was delicious.

We stayed in early June, in the Lodge, Deluxe Queen room. This resort has so much going on that even though we were in a mega tourist destination with activities galore we still chose to spend a significant time actually at the resort playing games and swimming and enjoying the grounds. The room was spacious and immaculate. The “Tent” area with 2 beds in it for the kids was so cute and very much enjoyed by ours. They had their own TV as well in that nook. There is a giant fire pit out back on the events lawn and the kids really loved roasting marshmallows out there. The sticks and marshmallows were provided by the attendant at the fire pit. This place is super clean, fun, and in an awesome location off the main strip in Pigeon Forge. The restaurant and bar were very good, good food, great options for kids too. The only drawback I had was the resort is uber pet friendly. For some that’s probably a plus but for my wife’s allergies not so much. Dogs are everywhere it seems. But having said that, our room was very clean and they have done a great job minimizing the pet dander/allergens.

It’s very pet friendly and we deal with some harsh allergies. They do a great job of keeping the rooms clean but I wish they would stick to the no pets on the 3rd floor policy. We were on the 3rd floor and multiple guests had dogs. I can see this becoming more of an issue the longer it goes on.
