Clean comfortable location, close to many things. Super friendly staff and good internet.

The location is close to many things but the area at night doesn't feel safe to walk around.

So, I was in a dilemma when I decided to pick this hotel because it had mixed reviews but honestly this was really good for the price and the service. Listing few good things: - The WiFi speed was amazing - The staff members were kind and they let me store my luggage during check-in and checkout - They have free flow coffee and juice plus some breads/fruits for breakfast - If you are looking to travel in public transport then it's very accessible - They have an in-house convince store and the prices are pretty good - They provide a standby fan that you can use during your stay - Washrooms are very good

As people mentioned it's a little loud because it's right next to the main road but I would say it wasn't that bad to stay. Maybe for those who are sensitive you can request a room away from the main road. Apart from this I don't see anything negative in the experience.

Comfortable modern hotel with an elevator, only a 10-12 minute walk from the Zocalo. Located on a busy street, but I had an interior room, and it was very quiet --almost no internal or external noise. WiFi was good, and there were outlets by the bed. Hot water in the shower. Free filtered water in the hallway, and free coffee in the lobby. Friendly staff. Room cleaned daily. Overall, it was a good value for the money, and I plan to stay there again.

I speak Spanish, but if you don't, please be aware that front desk staff only speak Spanish. You will need a translation app. Lighting in the room was a bit dim, but manageable. The area immediately surrounding the hotel looks a bit seedy. However, as a solo woman traveler I did not feel unsafe walking to and from the Zocalo.

the reception was always manned. free juice in the lobby and sometimes pastries. free cold water dispenser on every floor. location close to metro stops. clean rooms.

no wifi. rooms are a little dated. only one power socket in the whole room. the mattresses were very hard and uncomfortable, and the duvet is made up of three different layers of blankets. we also had a very hard time keeping the fitted sheet tucked in as it wasn’t big enough for the mattress. rooms are quite dark. this neighbourhood wasn’t our favourite, very busy and loud with a lot of traffic.

Staff were amazing, we needed a room move and they helped us and were willing to offer information when needed. Room was cleaned everyday and the location was great, 15 min walk from Zocalo.

Area seems rough, but it actually wasn’t bad at all. I think it just seems that way because it is next to a very busy road. I would say avoid rooms on the side facing the road as it can get very noisy. Would have been nice to have air con as there is none. However the property provides you with a fan. I would suggest leaving the window open and fan on at night.

Eco-friendly: no single use plastics, each room had a glass carafe and glasses and each floor had a water dispenser. Comfy bed and linens, good pressure and temperature in the shower. Location was quite central, close to historical center.

Poor soundproofing: The door was very porous to sound. You can hear anyone talking in the corridor, even the cleaners clearing the bin. On saturday night there was a loud party in the building next door that lasted till 5am. You could hear every bit of the music even with windows closed. For eco-friendliness I also felt they could go the whole way. My towels kept getting replaced even though I hung them up to keep them. Perhaps the cleaners just automatically changed them daily but it really wasn't necessary.

The location is really good, about a 20 minute walk to the centre and close to metro stations (though line 1 is under reconstruction but the bus replacement service is very efficient ). The staff are first class, even if language issues arise they were all incredibly friendly, helpful and I can’t fault them. Housekeeping is excellent, wifi was 100% effective and there’s a nice place for lunch next door.

Nothing really though taking a shower at 06.00 took a while for the water to get hot - from 07.00 it was never a problem.

Excellent parking inside the building and this hotel offers water, fresh towels, and free coffee in the morning. Good location, about 15 minutes walk from the city's historic center, and also next to a bus station.

Since it's located right next to a busy street, it can get pretty noisy, the windows don't do a good job cancelling the noise of cars.

Really good budget option. Comfortable room. good shower, hot and cold water dispensers on every floor. Gratis pastries and a bit of fruit on hand for breakfast which I wasn't expecting. Friendy, helpful staff though very limited english as far as I can tell. Good location close to centro and line 1 of the metro though much of line 1 was out of commission when I was there replaced by buses. Pretty well sound insuated rooms though it may bew worth asking for one away from the main road.

Rooms were spacious & clean including cable tv and a spacious bathroom (hot water, too). The location was perfect, just 10 minutes waking from Calle 5 de Febrero (& main restaurants and comedores) and 20 minutes walking from the Cathedral. Wi-Fi worked very well both in the room and common areas. We could leave our bags after check-out and hang out in the common areas still. The staff was very friendly. There is free drinking water on each floor. About 15 minutes by car from the airport.

Price could be slightly lower but cdmx can be quite expensive when it comes to accommodations so I guess fair enough :)
