The location is definitely great. Close to everything. Breakfast was not buffet but very good and tasty. The staff were friendly. English was a bit limited but could get along.

I didn’t like certain things like how the water in the washbasin splashes. There was also no hot water for the washbasin. No A/C in my room, I don’t know if other rooms have A/C or not. The check in time at 3pm is way too late and check out time 11am is way too early for someone who’s just staying a night.

Great location for access to interesting places to visit in Mexico City. Clean and comfortable for good value. The staff were friendly and helpful, though having a better grasp of English would be helpful for American tourists lacking a good grasp of Spanish. The included breakfasts were delicious and both the cafe and upstairs bar/restaurant were good and convenient. Our room was comfortable and relatively quiet and definitely a good base to explore from.

The street outside could be quite noisy and busy at times (but, hey, it's a big city). Also our bed was quite firm/hard and required a bed topper to make it more amenable for our needs to sleep well. The staff did help us when we complained about the hardness of the bed and put a bed topper on it as soon as they could. The room was somewhat small, but met our needs. There was little natural light since our room was in the rear of the hotel and on the 1st floor.

Beautiful modern hotel in great location adjacent to Centro Histórico. Staff was super friendly. Room was really nice with all the amenities a solo traveler would hope for.

CDMX weather is such that heat or air conditioning is not required to be comfortable. But my room did get a little stuffy. a simple desk fan would have remedied this. I would recommend that the hotel provide this in the rooms to circulate the air.

The hotel is well designed has a Japanese feel even thou you are in Mexico City. The Staff were very helpful, and the hotel was clean. This is a very trendy hotel in the heart of the city 6 blocks away from the Torre Latino building and the main tourist areas. There could have been more choice for breakfast that caters to Europeans, the hotel is located close to the famous El Moro Cafe where you can buy fresh Churro..., would recommend you try. Very Safe security within the building

The bed was a bit too firm, maybe the hotel should offer mattress toppers

Really liked the interior design of the lobby. The free breakfast was nice, had good veggie options.

The staff were lovely, always super helpful. Breakfast was delicious. I tried nearly everything on the breakfast menu and didn't find anything I didn't like. Room was nice and spacious, bigger than I thought and beautiful decorated. The bathroom was lovely! The different light settings in the room was a nice touch but some of the lights on the relax setting seemed to flicker a bit. Having a manual switch for those would be a nice addition. Perfect location. Historic centre within walking distance and easy to get to and from the rest of the city! A lot of public transport options close by!

Soundproofing left a lot to be desired. I could hear a lot from outside my room, even with all the windows closed. Which you don't really want to do as there's no aircon, although I did read you could ask for a fan so that's an alternative. Bed isn't the softest but duvet and pillows are lovely and plush.
