Capital Luxury Apartments & Offices

This was our second stay at this hotel. While we had a different room on the third floor facing the street instead of the fifth floor facing the mountains in the back, we actually had a better Wifi experience. The location is simply perfect for our needs. A few minutes walk to the park, excellent churros nearby, and terrific staff.

The kitchens could do with a few more appliances like a toaster oven, cooking utensils, sharper knives. But beyond that, there's not much that we can't say we didn't like about this hotel.

We are pleased to know that our favorite choice in Mexico City has maintained the quality standards that we were first introduced to in 2022. We have stayed in multiple rooms over the years and each room is always the same. Therefore, consistency was a given. The staff, both at the reception and the cleaning service, are always friendly and courteous. Without a doubt, we will return.

Room 1-2 is right next to the busy street which at times was a little bit loud during the day time. At night, it was better. We are used to city noise so we adapted quickly. The rooms on the other floors further away from the traffic usually present a better environment if you are looking for a good night sleep. The bed was a little harder than we would have liked but with a padded quilt underneath us, we slept fine.

This was our 2nd stay. We stayed in November 2021 and based on that experienced returned in November 2022. The location in Roma is great. It's easy to get from this location by walking to many points of interest. There are so many good food options nearby. The area is full of people and life, and there are many people out walking and eating throughout the evening. The apartments are clean and having a kitchen is always a bonus when traveling. The rooftop garden area is generally a quiet place to sit with tables if you would like to take your food to eat outdoors. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. The price both times was a great value for the apartment.

The supplies/utensils in the kitchen were a little sparse. We had to request an ironing board.

A good location and close to lots of amenities and cool places to go out on Roma. It's very close to the Mercado Medellin which is a great place to go for authentic Mexican food - especially breakfast and to buy food and other Mexican condiments. The staff let me leave my bags on the day that I flew out. The room was very clean and modern. It was light and sunny and there was a balcony which was nice.

There was nothing to report that was not bad. It met my expectations. The room was not huge but I did not need a big space as I was only there for 2 nights.

Huge room, nicely renovated, with a balcony a person can smoke on (it has a proper butt disposal). Bed was comfortable and housekeeping actually came in and cleaned (not guaranteed in these covid-influenced times). Friendly desk staff. Loved the location - very convenient. Some other reviewers complained of noise, but we only experienced 'busy street' noise, which doesn't bother us. One night there was a live band at a nearby venue, but we liked the music and didn't find the volume excessive. Note, however, that we were on the fifth floor; if we'd been lower maybe it would have been a problem. We'll never know, because we slept like babies.

Typical shoddy touches that are (I'm sorry) kind of common in our experience in Mexico: loose doorknob, traces here and there of poor construction (loose or cracked fixtures). In a few years this place may be a bit run down. Outlet by the bed didn't charge our devices -- not sure it had any power, or how to 'turn it on' if it was influenced by a switch. Meh, we just charged things in the kitchen (there's a kitchen!!!) instead. Really these were so, so minor they don't even reach the level of a complaint. To be honest we loved this room.

The bed was comfy (very firm, the way I like it) and extremely quiet. Water station and kitchen were located just outside the room. The location itself is the best part of the hotel - a quick walk to the Metrobus station and still a reasonable walk to a metro station depending on where you're headed. Very safe area with restaurants and bars open into the night which made me feel comfortable walking around. The desk is manned 24/7 as well.

The room was a bit small (double bed) but it was fine for the 2 of us for a few days.

The location was excellent -very central and between two of the best neighborhoods in Mexico City (La Condesa and Roma). The cleaning staff were excellent and everything was spotless. My room was spacious and overall quite nice.

The kitchen amenities/supplies could be improved. For example, the frying pan was so scratched that is was not useable and dish soap and cloth were not supplied (or oven glove), so had to go out and buy them after arriving on a long plane ride. This should really be supplied in a full service apartment. Also, the bed was VERY hard and not very comfortable to sleep on - I ended up sleeping on the couch the first night because it wasn't quite as hard. It took me a while to get used to this bed. Unless you like VERY firm mattresses, you will not find the bed comfortable, but linens and pillows were nice and clean.

Big apartment with balcony and desk as well as living room section and kitchen. The shower was hot with great water pressure and the wifi was good. Daily housekeeping and a fantastic shared roof deck. The location is excellent, right between Condesa and Roma Norte. Always somebody at the front desk and the elevator is modern and quick.

The street is quite busy with cars so rooms facing the street can be a bit loud. Laundry was out of service while I was there so had to go to a nearby laundromat. As mentioned, kitchen supplies are very limited, only a few utensils and no soap/sponge included although the housekeeper did wash my dishes on the few occasions I left them. The living room section was a bit dark.

when my partner was checking in he didnt know if the hotel was already prepaid as the booking confirmation stated it will be prepaid before staying and he couldnt contact me to confirm if any payment was made as i was flying to mexico at the time. the staff didnt allow him to check in without paying in full as he didnt want to risk paying twice. not being able to check in for 5 hrs before i arrived was quite inconvenient

The apartment was in a great location in Roma. The staff was helpful, and the apartment was clean and well maintained. It was an easy and fast walk to many locations of interest, and for those farther away, major roads nearby made transportation by Uber easy.

There was still construction in a neighboring building as of November 4, 2021. That is beyond the host's control, of course. With a white noise app and the ceiling fan on, it helped block out the noise a bit. While the construction continues, sleeping in is a bit challenging though if that is one of your vacation goals.
