The location was excellent for walking to most locations we visited. All of the staff were lovely (kind, gracious, helpful) - I miss them! We felt safe and taken care of. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was filling. We really enjoyed having both of the restaurants on site. Since we were traveling as a group, we all really appreciated the various lounge rooms in the main level where we could have some down time to read or sip cappuccino. We also loved using the steam room at night

We were disappointed that the jacuzzi wasn’t working. The bathtub in our room was a bit slippery.

Gorgeous hotel that feels high-end without compromising some of the unique CDMX elements you would lose by staying at a global 5-star like the Ritz or 4 Seasons, etc. The patio space is wonderful and of course the design is excellent. Location cannot be beat. Breakfast was yummy and charming. I was skeptical after reading so many mixed reviews but I'm glad we stayed here again (it had been 10 years).

As other reviewers have stated, it can be rather noisy due to the bar upstairs. It was quiet by 1AM but would not have worked for our little one. Internet was extremely slow. Others complained about the size of the rooms but they felt on par to any major metro hotel I've stayed in (NYC, TOKYO, etc); I do think the beds could and should have been much better. It looks and feels like a wonderful hotel—and it really is —but if you are truly scrupulous, some details are missed and you may want to splurge elsewhere.

The location was great. The food was really good and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Loved the tequila shot on arrival too!

Our duvet in the room was fairly stained which was slightly disappointing.

The rooms felt a little worn and dated, especially the bathroom. The beds were quite hard for my taste.

The hotel and the location is wonderful. The room was beautiful. The bed super comfortable and the shower great.

I though the service at breakfast was super slow. If there is an area to improve within the hotel it’s the restaurant. I didn’t get to visit the terrace upstairs and the restaurant because it was booked for a private event.

Gorgeous property located conveniently in hip neighborhood. Rooftop bar ideal for afternoon or sunset drink. Staff is welcoming and accommodating.

Inner courtyard bar restaurant can be lively scene late into the evening on weekends. Rooms facing inward can be loud as a result.

the staff were amazing, everyone was very helpful and went above and beyond to help us make reservations at restaurants and guide us on hot spots to visit. Cesar was great!

Friendly, helpful staff, great facilities great food, fabulous setting, really comfortable loved the shower and view from windows.
