The atmosphere and the attentive polite staff
I was there for 7 days. My friend came up to get me, sat on the chair snd the chair collapsed. I called reception and had to call a second time 4 days later. The reception of the TV interrupted the 2 movies I saw every 5 minutes and the voice was not in sync. And lastly, on two different days the room was not cleaned when I got back from excursions and I had to wait. No one tells you that you have to press the room clean light and I just left the tag on the door. It was an inconvenience. Every e smiles snd is very polite but that “snap to” attitude that constitutes GREAT customer service was not there.

The breakfast was amazing although I would have preferred not to have loud music early in the morning. The location is perfect. Lots of nice things to do and see right in the area. The staff was amazing. They found out it was my birthday and sent me to the rooftop bar for a drink. While i was up there, they loaded my room up with balloons and gifts. And...when I was very sick, they went above and beyond in taking care of me.
The constant loud music was not my favorite. Also, the uniforms were very strange. I thought a man in the shop was an auto mechanic in a jumpsuit, but he worked in the store!

The staff from Katia at front desk to Alberto at concierge went above and beyond to help us have a great experience. The hotel is in the heart of Condesa close to everything yet in a quiet street. The rooms are beautifully designed and if you get the sky level rooms with balcony you will get a seating area and a balcony as well. Cant wait to go back!

The hotel was lovely but the highlight was the staff! They were all so friendly, kind and welcoming. They made our first few days in Mexico and were incredibly accommodating. I’ll definitely stay here again next time in in Mexico City!
