do not book through booking.com. I was almost out thousands because they were hacked. So, now that you’ve booked through someone else, this property has a great location.

4 nights and only 4 pods for the nespresso. For what they charge per night, pods should be provided every day. I dislike being nickel and dimensions at those rates.

Basically, everything. Great location, staying in this hotel, is like going back in time and experiencing how it was in the golden years in Mexico.

As a long-stay hotel, facilities offer almost everything, kitchenette, washing machine, and great internet, but it would be great to have a few more power outlets in the common areas or more comfy furniture for those who have to work for many hours. of course, you can work from your room, on a small desk, but it is good for one person only. I was able to accommodate my needs.

Loved our week at Casa Mali. Felt like home after a few days. We had a junior suite which was spacious enough for a week, and we made good use of the laundry facilities after having been travelling for over a week. The housekeeping was impeccable. Sanitisation and cleanliness was 11/10 which I don't normally say with serviced apartment type hotels. We did not have breakfast in the hotel most mornings as we loved the choice of cafes in the area, but we appreciated the fresh fruits available and the unlimited filtered water. The location is 10/10 - right on the lungs of CDMX with two amazing parks (very buzzy especially on the weekends) and countless restaurants within walking distance.

1. Shower curtain was not long enough to avoid the floor getting wet each time we showered - this was annoying because it's such an easy fix and caused us endless unnecessary irritation and daily changing of the floor mat. 2. Our room didn't have the most natural light (other reviewers have commented on the same). There's plenty of lighting in the room so this isn't an issue per se, it's just the strange design of the building where the windows in our bedroom only came halfway up the wall and the living room also only had a narrow window, so it was always a bit dim no matter the weather outside. I wouldn't deter anyone from staying for this reason but more to manage expectations.

Love this hotel and the location. This was our 3rd time staying there and we are already looking at booking a 4th stay. Rooms are clean and spacious. Bed/pillows/robes very comfortable. W/D a plus. Free water a plus. Staff wonderful - welcoming and helpful. Nespresso in the room and coffee also available in the lobby 24 hours. Breakfast is simple/continental but enough for us. Great wifi throughout the property - able to work and stream.

the location is perfect, right on Parque Mexico. The hotel is very nicely decorated and it was nice to have a small kitchen in the suite. The staff is very kind and professional and they have 24 hr security at the door. Very nice continental breakfast too. They arranged for a Covid test to return to the US right at the hotel, very easy.

We stayed on the top floor and there were loud motor noises all night. We let them know but it was not fixed, seems to be related to the AC. Also shower head was faulty and bathroom sink did not drain well. I would still return for sure, but request a different room.

This hotel is all about the fabulous location - vibrant neighborhood with tons of great restaurants, park and easy to get around the city. A great place to be based and we used the beautiful roof deck a lot to unwind after a day in the city. The staff at this hotel is also super nice and arranged dinner reservations and COVID tests for us at the hotel, which was really convenient.

The breakfast is pretty bad - we ended up using it for coffee/tea, but then getting food from the store to eat in our room, could easily be improved with a few simple additions. Housekeeping is also very basic and could be improved by a few easy things, like refilling the glass water bottles (which are a great idea BTW) for you, so you can come home to water in your room. Also, we booked our rooms 3 months out and asked that the rooms be on the same floor, which didn't happen, so just a bit of a hassle to have the kids on a separate floor. They said we could move to the same floor the following day, but would have been nice if they had organized when we checked in.

Fantastic in every way. Perfect location, quiet, well-appointed, clean, and very comfortable. Really beautiful design with lovely tile work and nice lighting. All the staff were sweet - doormen, housekeeping, reception. The little kitchen was a nice surprise. We didn’t use much for our short stay but they had everything one would need to prepare a meal in the room. We also enjoyed the rooftop deck. This is an incredible value given the prices of lesser hotels in CDMX and around the world.

We stayed here before in a junior suite. This time we ended up getting a deluxe suite, which just spoiled us. It was lovely. Large apartment style with separate living room. In room washer/dryer is very convenient. Drinking water provided. Nespresso machine in the room and another in the lobby with 24 hour access to coffee. Very clean. Shower pressure awesome. Breakfast is simple but similar to what we normally eat so it was perfect (bread, fruit, hard boiled eggs, cereal). Location is the best. Staff is wonderful - greeting us every time and they set up in room covid testing.

Loved the location of this hotel. It is across the street from Parque Mexico. Excellent location for walking to good dining options and to enjoy the park. The hotel was extremely clean and well secured with a buzzer at the front door for access.

The baked goods in the complimentary breakfast never seemed fresh or warm. But everything else was fine. We ate what we liked and had pastries outside of the hotel and at bakeries nearby. It was not a huge inconvenience.

The room was immaculate. The bed was super comfortable and the rain shower in the bathroom is heavenly. The hotel is located next to 2 beautiful parks and many quaint restaurants are located nearby.

The breakfast lacked variety and wasn't refreshed often. The hotel lists a rooftop hot tub which is really a round whirlpool tub that you fill yourself. As I filled it, the hot water ran out at the halfway point.
