The location near the park is beautiful. The room was clean and the outdoor space on the patio was so lovely. The food recs from their information packet were wonderful. We felt totally safe the whole time. Everyone we met was super nice. They accommodated a late check out which we really appreciated. And the housekeeping staff were excellent!

Our room got extremely warm, warmer than it was outside (it was 72-74 degrees Fahrenheit outside). We wanted to keep the windows open but noticed bugs flying in almost immediately, so decided against it. We had to have the provided fan blow directly on us to fall asleep, which wasn’t the most comfortable. They were also doing some renovations while we were there and the power went out for a bit and there was some hammering— it would have been nice to know about it before it happened. But overall the stay was good.

Our 8-night stay at Casa Mannach was everything we hoped it would be! The La Condesa neighborhood is perfect for those interested in a calm cosmopolitan neighborhood surrounded by the bustling of other nearby neighborhoods like Roma and Centro. La Condesa is filled with quiet streets and lots of green trees and plants. People are walking their dogs and there are lots of cute cafes and delicious food options. The first floor of Casa Mannach even has an exclusive-feeling wine bar we went to for dinner one night. Our room in the hotel itself was large, clean, and felt fancy. The bed was comfortable and the shower and closet each were ginormous! We had a small balcony that was too small to sit out on, but there was one whole floor that was a common area with a big balcony with comfy seating arrangements that we ate breakfast on one day. Overall we were so happy with our choice.

the architecture and interior decor is refreshing, colourful and practical. the middle floor is a communal floor including a great balcony. the top floor unit was very spacious with fresh filtered water every day.

bed pillows were not reflecting the standard of the casa. for two tall guys the bathroom was small. one was shaving in the kitchen because the bathroom mirror was too low. the other kept banging is knees and head because of the small space between the toilet and wall. the shower head had mold and partially plugged…need a CLR plunge for effectiveness. well about the constant water pump noise… last floor unit… we had a similar issue in our home and an insulated pump reduce the noise…. worth investigating

Right below downstairs is Nosh's Deli - great breakfast/lunch place. Management is excellent. Very accommodating and helpful. The daily cleaning service was amazing. Upstairs common rooms and balconies very well appointed and gives the place the feel of a larger place if you have visitors or just want to hang out.

Wifi not strong enough for all apartments. Tended to fail at night when everyone was back in their apartment. Also, there's a bar downstairs with loud music that didn't stop until after 11:00 pm. If they changed up the music with no booming bass it would probably be OK.

Spacious comfortable room and bathroom. Air conditioning. Good working in-room Safe. Clean. Additional services in 1 lower level to include purified water, coffee, hot-water kettle, condiments and additional possible needs such as SPF spray, aloe vera, etc. Great Location near beautiful Parque Mexico and cafes and restaurants.

Didn't know there was No Elevator and I have difficulty climbing due to a medical condition (57 steps up to our room.) No in-room coffee maker or hot water Kettle. A/C was a bit weak but nonetheless working.

The location can't be beat. It is half a block from the north end of Parque Mexico. The street is mostly quiet with lots of greenery. The staff is very attentive and helpful with advice.

The booking process was confusing. I thought I had booked a king suite, but there was no sitting area (in the room) and the bed was a queen at best. I don't know if this was a misunderstanding with the property or Booking.com. There are lots of stairs to climb and a wine bar below that can be a bit noisy until midnight or so. In any case, we enjoyed the experience and would return. I suggest contacting the property if there are any doubts about the listing.

The room was lovely: large with a couch and coffee table. The bathroom and closet spaces were absolutely incredible! Two shower heads in the large shower. Two wash basins. The closet was huge, like a small room, with a place to open a suitcase which made packing easy. Luis was a super help to us. He carried our luggage up and came early to carry it down for the taxi when we left. There were some issues with the taxi, but he stuck around to help us until we left.

The thermostat didn't work, but they gave us a heater which did the trick. Unfortunately, as lovely as the rooms are, the many steps up to the room will prevent us from staying here again. It's just too difficult for us.

The inside of Casa Mannach is wonderfully renovated and the rooms are spotless with a kitchenette and table to enjoy a small breakfast. If you decide to enjoy some wine in the common areas you won't be disappointed because you'll have a wonderful view of the trees that line the street. We stayed with 3 friends and we loved all the restaurants around the park, it was the perfect place to have a coffee or a quick bite to eat, with lots of options! Having the park so close was wonderful plus it was bigger than expected and with lots of foliage. It was a great place to walk around or exercise and everything felt very safe.

Casa Mannach has a great location, located on a tree lined relatively quiet street, just down the road from Plaza Popocatepetl where you can enjoy a nice outdooe cafe breakfast or dinner. Close to public transit off Sonora Ave. Our apartment was large, with three rooms total, including kitchen. The decor is very artistic and the unit is well constructed.

A little noisy on the weekend, their being an outdoor bar/restaurant downstairs but the weekdays nights were fine.

The staff who greeted us and took care of any problems quickly efficiently and with a smile on their face—were the best part of this experience. Lourdes and Luis. Exceptional workers. Water was provided every day. They cleaned the apartment. Lotions shampoos were great. And responded quickly to any concerns.

I should have realized and made sure there was a bottom floor suite available or at least a hand rail on the stairs. Also. On the weekend there was quite a bit of noise from the bar next door :-).
