Hippodrome Hotel Condesa

Very friendly staff. Impeccably clean room. Great restaurant. Simple but stylish all-around, and the location is simply perfect, right in the heart of La Condesa and across the street from a beautiful park.

Our suite wasn’t available when we arrived, and we had to spend two days in a smaller room. Stuff happens. But it was difficult to track down the manager to get a (very small) refund for the nights in the smaller room. This is a small complaint — overall we loved our stay.

Its a boutique hotel so it has it perks. The location is the best. The staff ia super amazing.

Well the rooms were a little too small compared to the pictures when i booked. In my booking it said I was going to get a view bit I got a view of a firewall. The bathroom is also really small. Just manage your expectations.

Perfect location with tons of great spots within walking distance. Gorgeous building. Loved the small balcony the room had.

Very disappointed that the AC wasn’t working in our room. Made for some uncomfortable nights of sleep. Management gave us a fan to help cool the room but for the price we paid I would expect a functioning AC system.

Pretty room in a very nice neighbourhood. Concierge was very helpful in booking restaurants and giving recommendations

The hotel does not really have a proper lobby or shared area - bathroom was very small The street is noisy at night and you can hear the neighbouring rooms as well

Condesa area was great; breakfast was very good; hotel room was very nice with sitting area, large bathroom and nice patio. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Access to nearby gym was great.

Wifi dropped a few times, which can be problematic if working from hotel

This was such an amazing hotel in a great location. The staff were outstanding and I am so glad I did not stay in one of the big chain hotels. Walk out the door of the hotel to great parks, restaurants and shops and I never felt unsafe

Very comfortable, everything worked well (AC, Hot water…). Nice old school luxury vibe.

The top rooms on the ditch floor are the most expensive but also right under the AC compressor in the roof. So it’s pretty noisy all night. for the asked price this unacceptable

Fantastic location, friendly and helpful staff, nice toiletries and great shower.

The bed was a little small and folded in so tight at the corners every day. The fan didn’t work very comprehensively.

There couldn't have been a better location in the entire city; beautiful, quiet, loads of restaurants nearby! Staff was very friendly. Rooms were very comfortable; shower was great.

Nothing I didn't like; rooms were a bit small, but comfortable.

People are great they helped me obtain a PCR test at hotel so I could board my flight the following day. Which would be a major worry but they tok charge and secured my test and gave me results within a few hours.

Construction site opposite the hotel which went on till late. couldn't have a sleep in the day which you Kind of want to do when your on holiday.
