Courtyard by Marriott Mexico City Airport

Right next to the airport. You will need to know where you are going as the airport is behind the bus terminal area in terminal one. Beautiful facilities, comfortable room, nice dining area for breakfast in the a.m. The beds were soft (which is hard to find in Mexico) and extremely comfortable. Our room was a suite with kitchenette, sitting area and separate bedroom. Bathroom had a tub which was a gift after hours of travel! My only complaint was due to travel we couldn’t stay longer. A bit pricey for an overnight stay but I would stay here again without a question!

Keep in mind that you are staying at a property adjacent to the airport and not in the “pretty” section of the city. Having said that, the room looked over an alley and across the way I could see the airport terminal. So not much in the way of “view” but I had my curtains closed anyway so I could sleep. As far as view, going to the outdoor dining area in the morning makes you forget you’re at an airport. Lovely! We didn’t eat at the restaurant as reviews were mixed as to food quality and high cost.

We have stayed at this hotel a number of times, it is well located being attached to the airport and ideal for a stopover of a few days. The rooms are of a good size, especially the suites. Comfortable, clean, quiet. Just what you need from an airport hotel. Staff are friendly and always helpful. We didnt eat at the hotel this time but in previous stays it has been good. Gym was good and 24 hours if required, some of the machines werent working properly.

Mostly a great stay again, need some more staff at check in as the queues can get long with arriving flights and cabin crew utilising the hotel. A bit of maintenance is needed on the gym equipment.

This hotel is super convenient since it's next to the airpot and it allows you to rest before an early flight. I have stayed there several times and I have a positive image about the place. The staff is friendly and willing to help

Some rooms have a door that "communicate" with the room next to your and if the guest in the other side is noisy or the TV is loud, you can hear them easily. When I stayed, the next door guest was pretty quiet during night so it was no problem, just wanna mention in case other people is noise-sensitive.

Easy from airport, and kiosk right inside airport to assist to free shuttle. Excellent rooms, front desk staff, and restaurant on sight , plus 24 hour room service for all hours of travelers. Friendly and helpful bilingual staff.

When I requested a taxi to México Norte Autobus Terminal, they were very helpful, and assisted me down to a nice car and driver. However, no rates were prearranged or discussed, and I ended up overpaying for my taxi. It was a very smooth ride, but I’m just advising future guests to request their own Uber or prearrange taxi rates. otherwise, excellent experience.

We stayed one night before a flight home to Boston. The hotel is actually connected to the Airport, but Mexico City Airport is large and involves lots of walking. We don't speak Spanish and had to hire a Porter to help us find the hotel. The hotel could do a better job at explaining its connection to and location within the Airport. Our room was fine. Bed was great. That is all that matters. We did not use the gym, but looked at it and it was very nice. There was also a nice restaurant, but we did not eat there.

Directions to the hotel. We had no idea that it is actually physically connected to the airport.

A large, clean, western-style hotel with a covered walkway right into Terminal 1 of the airport. Convenience that is very hard to beat!

We had an exceptionally difficult time contacting the hotel for the shuttle pick up we needed from Terminal 2, where we had landed at about 10:15 pm. The desk was not picking up and our call was repeatedly automatically transferred to Marriott Reservation HQ, where an extremely unhelpful person insisted that there was nothing he could do to help us. Marriott you must do better! After repeated attempts, the desk finally picked up and arranged the shuttle to get us. In all a frustrating hour at the end of a very long travel day

Group VIP Marriott -TREATMENT A family member was Safely wheel chaired and escorted to the Mx City Int Airport over a conveniently connected [terminal one] catwalk with (plenty of eateries)on the way, by a happy hotel uniformed security escort staff member. Its important to add, ’”This Wheelchair Escort services was a godsend;that was also available at the airport, avoiding any unnecessary lines and confusion.. The Airport wheel chair service took Airport shortcuts straight to security,waited and then again took shortcuts trough restricted airport up and down space from gate 6- 34 all the way to the “Volaris air plane Carrier! Even the Airline host sent a radio runner-in the airplane door to ask if our family group had made it on the plane🙏🏝 “It was an easier airport dash,no doubt a God conection when all goodhearted people that do business with God awareness business like Marriott and Volaris Airline,and its happy god fearing team members!”

The hotel is walkable to terminal 1, which is extremely efficient and makes it easy to get to and from flights. The rooms are large and clean with comfortable beds. The staff are just really friendly and helpful. They actually seemed to enjoy helping customers, which is very refreshing.

The whole breakfast process isn't clear at all. The cafe on the courtyard is rarely open, and when we ordered once, it took 45 minutes to get the food. For eating, I recommend walking over to the airport and eating at cafes there.

i came to the hotel at about 5 am after early morning arrival of my flight into Mexico City (Wednesday 21 Dec); the usual check-in time is 3 pm. but the super kind front desk staff who attended to me made an exception and got me a room immediately. for someone who was thoroughly tired and worn out after a 12-hour flight, that simple gesture was heaven-sent. i regret that i did not catch my superhero's name to acknowledge her publicly but i am forever grateful to her. and because of this, i am now a life-long fan of Marriott! so thank you, thank you, thank you.

Really close to the Airport. Great staff, great restaurant and service. The Hotel transfer ( Van ) was great, on time and very polite ) and it was free ) ! The room is big and nice and has a great bathroom and the view from my room was great to, where we could see the airport.

In my opinion, the bed was small and I didn't sleep very well. For me and my wife, the size was small, although the mattress was soft and nice, the size of the bed could be bigger, so we could feel mor comfortable.
