This is a nice, clean hotel near the airport. The rooms are spacious. There is a free shuttle to and from the airport. The wifi works well. Breakfast is well served. They had high-quality tea when I was there (for a tea fan as myself, this was a happy finding).

To get in and out the hotel, you need a car. It is not located a nice area for walking. They can't help it. Their convenient location to the airport requires them to be there. The only thing that they could change but haven't is the extreme use of disposables. Breakfast is served in disposable plates and cups. I hate it.

I really liked how well organized the staff were in finding my reservation, they were even expecting me. The room service was really nice and the food was really good as well. The price for the comfort, room size, and proximity to both downtown and the airport is completely unmatched. They even provide a shuttle service for guests.

It was a very stark contrast to navigate the basement garage in comparison to the lobby and the hallways. I recommend more signage and more lighting as it seemed really dangerous and solitary down there.

Basically my stay was ok, staff very nice and helpful, two points though... 1) Internet in the rooms (I was in the 4th piso) was terrible.... 2) You guys have to consider put a refrigerator in the rooms ok

The hotel is close to the airport and easily accessible. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was a big plus.

I was not able to book the airport transfer that was promised in the booking because the front desk personnel did not speak English and I could not communicate with them neither by phone, nor by messages. After arriving at the hotel I realized that some of the employees do speak English and it's a matter of luck whom you find at the reception when you need to book the transfer.

Kitchen staff was very friendly. Dining room was super clean during breakfast time. The smell in the hallways was very pleaseant. Room service was EXCELLENT. Check-in and check-out was very smooth and easy going. My husband and I stayed overnight to take our flight back to our house and we chose that hotel because of the proximity and this hotel exceeded our expectations. We will definitely come back. It is now one of our top 3 hotel experiences in our traveling life!!! :)

The beds were uncomfortably firm. I wish this place would be pet-friendly.

The entry way into the reception is DARK and hard to navigate. The stairs are not well lighted and we tripped several times. The room was very comfortable, but there is NO "atmosphere" anywhere. All the walls are simply poured concrete-- boring and unattractive! (Ok, maybe that's not important, but after a while, it really seems opressive!)

Comfortable stay, modern amenities, breakfast was simple but good, that bean paste in particular. Very good about covid prevention. The airport shuttle was super on time, that never happens!

They sent me a message about calling them to get picked up from the airport but i only saw it when i landed (they don’t account for long flights it seems) and would have to had bought a sim card with call options at the airport immediately, only for that. If they would just offer a whatsapp number or email/booking.com message, then international guests could just use the airport wifi. I had to take a taxi in the end.

rooms are good value for money

Breakfast: scarce with very few options, and there was no coffee available, even though I got there 30 mins after they opened. The staff lady’s answer was: “it is not ready”; just that. Not a single apology! Moreover, you could not take it by yourself; due to some illogical covid restriction, you needed to stay behind a lane and ask (the same lady) from 2 meters of distance, what you wanted! Also, the receptionists at the counter, not very kind. If that was not enough, I sat in the lobby to work on my laptop from 12-2pm before going to the airport, and I asked the receptionist, where I could find a coffee, and they said: “We only offer coffee in the hotel during breakfast, no more”, hahaha. Thus, I could not have a coffee in my short stay, and had to go out to find it.

- Parking was nice and good. We could leave our car there couple days, against little bit of money. - Room was clean and comfy. - Room service and luggage carry work well.

- No way to get room even minute earlier than it's check-in time. We were earlier there and we got to tell quite rude way, that check-in is excatly 15:00. - Breakfast were too many people. All tables reserved, trash everywhere, buffet full of people. We waited little bit, but we didn't have breakfast, because no space.

Very close to the airport, and well insulated against the noise. Taxi service is fantastic to have and staff were accomodating when booking it. Rooms are spacious and modern with a good layout. Breakfast included is simple but tasty, and is available from early in the morning.

Some wear and tear in the bathroom, communication with staff wasnt always easy. Partially my fault, my Spanish isnt great, but it worked out in the end.
