The breakfast was good (chilaquiles) and the room was ready at 12pm - true to what we were told on the phone after we asked - before our official check-in time of 3pm. The room was also very clean, with light-blocking shades and a comfortable bed with pillows.

Besides some picnic-style tables and benches, there wasn't much of a lobby for us to hang out while we waited for our room to be ready. We were only booking the room for the afternoon to get some rest before a layover flight, so even a comfortable sofa would have gone a long way. Also for a travel hotel, we were surprised there weren't ramps available at the entrance to make bringing luggage in a little easier.

The room had all the basics and it was perfect for a short stay. We were expecting to be there a full day but due to flight delays , we were only for a few hours and. barely used the facilities. Overall, it is a good hotel to for a short stay and no more than 2 people per room.

it can be a bit more clean and our door didn’t have any security. It looked like the lock was broken so I had to put my luggage by the door just to at least feel a bit safe.

Staff was great. Our neighbor was loud on the phone talking for hours and would not lower their voice after knocking on their door or the wall. I went downstairs and the reception guy called the neighbor and told him to be quiet and he was. Great service. The doorman was also super nice and helpful. Great little hotel 5 minutes from the airport.

Elevators and floors outside the room were a little dirty and you are right off the main highway so it can be loud, but it is a humming noise. Nothing bad, just it's never really silent because of the highway.

The hotel was very clean and easy to approach. My room as well as the bathroom was very spacious and they provided an efficient amount of soaps, towels, bottled waters, and beyond. I am might add that I absolutely appreciated the complimentary wifi service that the hotel provides. The wifi is fast and accessible in any part of the facility, which made my life so much easier to get some work done during my short stay. I also appreciate the check out time, which was at 1300 (1:00pm) that was a personal convenience.

The breakfast hours could have been extended to at least 12pm. My family and I arrived to the hotel very late due to our flight delays, so we decided to sleep in the following morning. However, this resulted in us missing the complimentary breakfast, which ended at 10am. Also, I booked two rooms and preferred that they would be close to each other. This was an unfulfilled request. I also wish that a shuttle to and from the airport would have been provided as we were unsure of which taxi service to get ahold of.

The hotel was great for the night before our early morning flight. The bed was comfortable, the room clean, and there was great air conditioning. Truly ideal for one night of good rest and a nice shower before a long travel day.

The bathroom showed some wear and tear, but it truly was enough to feel comfortable and take care of our necessities before our flight.

The host was kind. The room was clean and neat. I bought a beautiful turtle for my father's birthday there and he loved it. My boyfriend loved the breakfast We were so happy to stayed there, I wish I could have stayed longer, but I just spent a night due to my flight back to Colombia.

When I looked out of the window there were 2 underpants. There was only one towel in the room, I had to shared it with my boyfriend.

This is a very good hotel in the Mexico City Airport area. I only stayed for one night but I was very comfortable and slept very well. The staff was friendly and the Wifi worked very well. There hotel was quiet during the night.

Adorable boutique style hotel with modern rooms. I love the airplane theme throughout the hotel, which is nicely decorated. WiFi was super fast, and they let me check in early when my first flight got in at 9am. Bed was luxurious, and there were lots of cute little touches. By Mexican standards, it's a convenient neighborhood with a shopping center just a couple blocks away and many good local taquerias. You can also eat at the airport which is a quick Uber trip or easy camioneta ride.

The room could be bigger but its a comfortable size for traveling
