Holiday Inn Express Mexico Aeropuerto, an IHG Hotel

We stayed overnight so we could walk from concert at Foro Del Sol - the hotel was absolutely perfect. Very safe, short walk and we didn't have to struggle with transportation leaving the venue. The restaurant was open 24 hours, breakfast was very good, the beds are large and comfortable, service was excellent.

I am happy the hotel is close to the airport and there is a free shuttle. Breakfast was ok. Glad there is a free of charge for printing service. The staff was very attentive and helpful.

I dropped a mail about my arrival for the shuttle. 2x. I stayed twice this hotel this month. No answer. If you are a tourist and you have no local phone you can not let them know about the arrival and they do not know they need to pick you up. Need an airport shuttle TIMETABLE and also a sign WHERE IS THE PICK UP AT THE AIRPORT (termial, gate 4).

We went to Corona Capital 2022 and it was only about 10 minutes walking ! Consider this as an option since taxis during the event days were around $800 Mexican pesos (40USD) for short distance

The room is a great size as are the adjoining toilets/bathroom. The staff is excellent, very professional and extremely helpful.I found all staff to be hardworking and diligent. A big thanks to Omar for his attentiveness and excellent customer service approach. Breakfast is great with lots of variety and all fresh. The restaurant has a great menu and wonderful-tasting food. The security staff at front of the building are very attentive and willing to help out whenever required.

Public transport is a bit problematic, but a big bus service 10 min walk to Goma Metro Bus station or you can take an UBER rather than a local taxi but always check the route taken. Greater English speaking skills for staff would be an added bonus but translation app helped out.

Perfect place to stay for a layover. Free shuttle is amazing and free breakfast. I got upgraded for a more quiet room and it was much appreciated.

Was a bit hard to find out where the shuttle was waiting for us at the Airport. It took a few messages on whats app to figure out where to wait.

The room was clean and quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room service was good, beds were comfortable. Airport shuttle was convenient and on time-- quick ride to the airport (about 10 minutes).

I wanted to pay for the room service with a card (I had just arrived in Mexico and didn't have many pesos on me yet). I was traveling alone with my 6 year old and when they came up with the food they expected me to leave her in the room and follow them back to the restaurant to pay. I did indicate over the phone that I wanted to pay by card.

Love love love the shuttle driver Jaun Carlos. He was very professional and very funny and very hard working to make sure we were taken care of!!! Give him a raise in wages and promote him to trainer of personal. Thank you Jaun Carlos!

The restaurant attached was the worst food I have and my wife and adult daughter have ever had! It was really bad. The waitress was kind!! The next morning free breakfast was a "3" from 1 to 10 scale. Large selection but no flavor! Stick to the cereal and fruit to be safe. The breakfast employees were very kind and hard working.

The staff was responsive.

The shuttle bus took almost 45 minutes to get me from the airport even though I provided my arrival time as requested

Staying here was functional for us after missing a flight, so we didn't care about the location other than that it was close to the airport and this one had a shuttle (arrange in advance). We were surprised at how large and comfy the beds were. The restaurant was open late (I think about 10) so we were able to get some decent food despite arriving late. Nice shower.

I'm not the biggest fan of the system where your hotel card activates all the lights and power in the room, it can be difficult if one person needs to leave.
