NH Collection Mexico City Airport T2

The convenience of the hotel being physically located within the airport footprint was fantastic. Surprisingly, it was also incredibly quiet with no air traffic noise audible. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms well designed. We also appreciated the opportunity to purchase a delayed check out time to await a later flight time. The unique circular layout of the main hotel was intriguing.

We found that the hot water was occasionally only luke warm or we had to run the tap for a long time to get hot water. The sheets in one of our rooms were a little threadbare.

Perfect location if you have an early morning flight. It is literally located in the airport on level 6 once you exit baggage claim. There is a museum on level 1 that you past on the way to the hotel's elevator. There are a lot of food options, a farmacias, Oxxo and 7 Eleven. The property is located in terminal 2 but they have a shuttle from 12:00 am to 4:00 am that will take you to terminal 1. Rooms are large and have a huge window that lets in a ton of light. The glass window in the bathroom that allows light in from the room is genius. The long desk and TWO chairs allowed my Husband and I to both sit at the desk at the same time and work on our computers. Thank you.

The property needs an update/a refresh because everything looks woren and dated. Needs more lighting over the desk area.

Excellent attention to detail. Exceptional location. Friendly staff. Right at the airport on the top floor. I felt safe and at ease as a solo female traveler. Coffee and water bottles available free of charge. Best part of all, check out at 1pm. They get it that people may arrive late and an 11am checkout doesn't work.

The pillow are fluffy and comfy however I sleep with a flatter pillow. That wasn't an option since all pillows are big. Not a big deal breaker at all, but it would have made my stay even more heavenly.

Location couldn’t be better you - you don’t even have to leave the airport (perfect as a solo female traveler) just follow the signs with “H” in a circle and take the elevator from departures to the lobby. The 24 hour room service was also ideal after a late flight too. The staff we so helpful and especially lovely to me :)

Wasn’t as clean as it could be - but we’re talking dust under bed and smudgy windows otherwise the sheets were crisp and clean and the toiletries were a welcome surprise. definitely worthy of its four stars.

You can't beat this hotel for convenience for a flight layover. It's right inside Terminal 2. The room was remarkably quiet - not a hint of airplane noise. We arrived New Years Eve, and the hotel left us a celebratory cupcake - cute!

Maybe it's because of construction, but you have to take 2 elevators to get to the room, with a long walk between them. The restaurant downstairs is ok, but the acoustics are terrible - echo-y, hard to hear.

Quite simply the main reason to choose this hotel is for an easy, convenient, and comfortable overnight layover, and this hotel accomplished that. Room was clean, had thoughtful touches for travelers, and very quiet.

Minor pet peeve for this hotel (and many others) - if you know almost all of your guests are going to be rolling around big luggage, don't use thick pile carpet in your lobby!

The hotel is SO convenient for arriving into T2. Go to the elevators on the left when you exit baggage claim and you're there. Temperature testing and hand sanitizer at the entrance. The hallways could be redecorated as it kind of felt we were walking through a temporary under construction sort of space. The lobby is beautiful though. The room is a good size and the bed was SO comfy. After a long travel day it felt exactly like my own bed at home and I had to remind myself of where I was! 24 Room service is the BEST. We ordered the chicken consomme and tortilla soup and both were elegantly plated and delicious for a very reasonable price considering it's a hotel within an airport. We both slept wonderfully!

The bathroom needs an update as it felt like a gym change room and the mirror isn't good for anyone under 5'5".

The room was extremely clean, large and comfortable. The bed was very big and comfortable and the location of the hotel was perfect for any early flights from terminal 2. The staff were very friendly and helpful at reception and the checkin and checkout process was quick and easy.

There was no directions to show in which direction the rooms were. I had to walk along the floor for several minutes before finding my room.

The sink tap sprayed all over . The mirror was so high that I couldn’t see in it. Only provided with one bath towel. Phoning for another did not help and I had to go get another after waiting 2 hours. They were busy. They also tried to give us a double bed room instead of a king room. It’s getting run down and could use a facelift. Mostly because of the plumbing is ruining the floors. Badly needs new plumbing fixtures. It’s the best location however and the staff are very pleasant!

The location in the terminal was perfect for us - overnight layover. It was nicely appointed, very polite and helpful bilingual front desk staff. The room was clean and quiet. 24 hour room service was wonderful and had very good service.

Smell of stale cigarette smoke prevalent in the lobby- likely hard to get rid of and possibly a result of air intake from outside.
