room was very nice - bed & pillows very comfy - nicely appointed. WiFi worked ok - room quiet

restaurant was annoying - I wanted a snack & a beer - one host told me I could sit in the bar area - right away came another “hostess” to order me out and into the dining room where the options are expensive full meals - I wasn’t hungry and did not appreciate the hustle. I told them and left. Room service is fine if you like slow service and cold food. coffee maker in room was a joke - like a cheap Italian import with lots of shiny style and no function - capsules provided simply dropped out of sight and nothing worked. - hence the cold coffee and toast in the “continental” room service after 40 minute wait. Eat elsewhere and this is a delightful hotel.

Everything: The driver of the free airport shuttle met me less than 10 minutes after my arrival. He and the other two staff members, who met me at the airport, were very kind. The hotel is quite new and is in a mall, so you can go shopping and eat in restaurants. When I arrived, there was a person ready to help me with my luggage and bring it to my room. Check-in was pretty easy and the receptionist was very kind. There is also a screen with a list of airlines and flights, just like at the airport; If you're staying during an extended layover, the hotel staff will be sure to get you there early with a free shuttle back to the airport, no matter what time your flight is. In the hotel room, you can manually control the lights and window curtains, or you can use a remote-control. There is an air-conditioner, which also has a heating function. The hot water never wavered. The bed was huge ad comfy. It was like a cloud with extra pillows; Inner-child was quite pleased. I slept very well. The TV in my room was MASSIVE with crisp visuals. The TV's home-screen had my name on it, which I thought was interesting. It has access to regular TV channels and cable TV. NOTE: For Netflix and other special channels, you have to sign in with your own account. Wifi is free, but you have to submit your email address and click into the user agreement in order to use it. There is a small refrigerator in the room. In it, you'll find beer, extra water, a candy-bar, and trail-mix. However, you must scan a qr code to get to the items.

I went to Mexico to attend a concert on foro sol, i loved the location for this short trip that it's goal was going to the concert. The personal was really nice, kind and helpfull, I like the room distribution, and that the hotel have in the first floors a cinema, starbucks and other restaurant so it was very nice to have that options. The shuttle was nice!

very confortable, clean and modern. free shuttle to the airport is nice. after compromising sleep a varios other lodging across the country, it was great to have a quiet night!

shuttle to airport only ran at the top of the hour; not a huge deal, but meant we had extra time waiting at the airport. there was a faint smell of exhaust one morning in the room. the location is good for the airport, but not if you want to spend a lot of time in CDMX as a tourist

The customer service was outstanding, the room was comfortable, and everything was super clean. The views were amazing too. We enjoyed our stay here tremendously!

The restaurant was not accommodating to any dietary limitations. They said they would modify the menu for us but everything we asked for staff said it couldn’t be modified so we wasted time trying and eventually had to leave and eat elsewhere.

Rooms are comfortable and the hotel is not far from airport, which is very convenient for long layovers.

The facility offers complimentary shuttle to and from the airport, which in theory is great, however I wouldn’t recommend using it after 11 pm when there is nobody at the airport office. I have waited for over an hour after the reception confirmed the car would be picking us up in 15 minutes and ended having to take an Uber.

Beautiful modern hotel near the airport with multiple restaurants, shopping, and stores in the same building. The beds were comfortable and rooms were decorated well and clean. There is a Starbucks in the hotel and pretty much everything you needed near by.

To get to the hotel entrance is a bit confusing. I think the hotel should have someone outside that can direct guest when they arrive and take their luggage.

The location was great, close to the airport and close to the pick up point for our tour of Teohuatican The rooms were huge as was the TV. We enjoyed the drinks in the retaurant and the bar, which also had a spectacular view of the city.

The deadbolt on my door was broken, as though someone had tried to kick it in. I don't know how the maids did not notice it as you had to hold it out of the way to open or close the door. The toilet roll holder fell off of the wall and the maids did not tell any one either.

The room was very comfortable and staff were very attentive. Excellent service all in all. It is conveniently located near the airport with shuttle service.

It would have been useful to know in advance that the main access to the hotel and rooms is by lifts. My partner has lift phobia and staff were at first a bit suspicious of him using the stairs. Once they understood the situation they were fine and attentive to his needs.

situated above a mall with many restaurants which make it convenient for family options. the rooms are small but have all needed things. the restaurant has good indoor and outdoor options. food is good but not superb considering Mexico City has really good cuisine. no pool, just a gym. the views are are also pretty darn amazing. great for short term stays.

parking validation, there are no pharmacies or convenience stores on site and the bar is locked.
