the Staff was very helpful and friendly. We arrived after midnight and it was no problem at all. We also could stay longer and checked out at 2 pm, as our plane left in the afternoon - we were very happy they could accomodate us. They have a wonderful place to sit outside at the pool and relax.

After reading reviews and the answering of the questions, we were astonished that the Breakfast buffet was around 20 US$ per person. We also were unable to find the Airport shuttle pickup when we arrived, as I contacted the hotel before, we got told Gate 4, every half hour, and we waited for close to an hour, when we decided to take a taxi, arriving that late at night, we couldn't phone as it went to an answering machine. Once we arrived the staff was super nice and helpful.

A good place, very close to airport with free shuttle every 30 mins. Extremely nice staff - Enrique particularly helpful and kind. Room was comfortable. Food in restaurant fine.

I arrived several hours before check in so had lunch in the restaurant. I tried to check in at 2.50pm, 10 minutes before check in time, and was told I couldn’t. There was no queue at the time. They made me wait until 3pm, at which point there was a queue of 10 people. A waste of my time and everyone other guest trying to check in. At least let me do all the paperwork and pay early then come give me my key at 3pm to avoid this frustration for guests.

Very close to the airport so very convenient if flying out of town with a short transit in CDMX. Restaurant on site.

Food is quite pricey in the restaurant. While the airport shuttle is very convenient, make sure to be there early depending on your flight time plus know that people will not wait in line but just jump ahead of you so even if you are the first one there, you may have to wait for another shuttle- this happened to us and the staff don’t really say anything. Luckily the next shuttle came within 10 minutes and we had plenty of time for our flight, but it is still upsetting when you have been patiently waiting and are there on time for something like this to happen.

The staff was very helpful, the room was comfortable and it was nice to sit in the small garden in the courtyard.

The promised shuttle was difficult to find. I asked multiple people who all gave different answers. The shuttle does not just come to the spot where all the other hotel shuttles arrive. One has to go to the hotel office inside the airport to an office (which was not open at 3:30 pm when I arrived) and the representative there has to call. It was close to 45 minutes before it arrived. I was very tired after two delayed flights and the entire process was very frustrating as I saw other shuttles come and go.

This is a convenient hotel to the airport. It's clean and well lit. Check in is fast and efficient.

This is my 2nd stay. Prices have gone up quite a bit in 6 months. Not really worth it anymore personally. I asked about breakfast and we were told we could add it for a set amount and we would get room closer to reception and a drink ticket.we did add it but refused the room as I prefer quiet and reception can be noisy. We did get a free drink.....1 for 2 people! Cheap. The room was small with a balcony you can barely stand in. When I asked about an upgrade I was told (at least you have a balcony.....". This was a standing only balcony overlooking a rusted out building. There is also only 1 outlet by the bed. Update and add outlets by the bed. Honestly, not worth the price. Marriott offers a better deal with larger rooms for the same price. Buffet was decent.

An excellent choice for 1/2 nights close to the airport; the airport shuttle is excellent. Staff were very helpful and professional. A good restaurant with an excellent range of choices. A passable gym. The highlight for me was the fantastic grounds, with carefully manicured gardens featuring all kinds of rare & endangered plants. There were always staff outside cleaning or doing maintenance; it's really clear that a lot of effort goes into maintaining the place.

The room was a little on the dated side, but still very comfortable (and good value).

I absolutely loved my 24 hours in this hotel. No negatives at all. Staff were brilliant. I asked for a late check out and was offered a promotional offer of a 18.00 check out, a free breakfast ( costs £16) and a free drink at the bar for 750 pesos ( £34). The room was great, bar and Restaurant fantastic. The outdoor pool and sun beds was a massive plus for me. An extra day in the Mexican Sun at the end of my holiday. Great shuttle service to the Airport or you can walk in a few minutes. special thanks to Samuel who checked me in and Ricky the Concierge who was brilliant.

Absolutely nothing.

I missed a flight connection and needed a place for one night near the airport. This place is ideal. They have a free shuttle (not entirely clear how to get it, but - if you are in terminal 2, you go to their office in the row of hotels and money changers and they call the shuttle and walk you to it) which was quick both ways. The rooms are nice and check in was very efficient. The restaurant was fine and everyone was very friendly. I enjoyed sunset by the pool on my unexpected stay.

Some additional information on how to get the shuttle from the airport would have been helpful.

the staff was super helpful and professional! i truly appreciate i was given a late checkout (at 3 pm instead of the normal 12 pm) at no cost!! thank you so much. there is a little Starbucks outlet at the lobby and the staff was accommodating and kind (i could ask for a customized sandwich sin carne 😁 - muchas gracias!). a beautiful courtyard with a small swimming pool. huge room and super comfortable bed; very efficient room heater and wifi, and hot shower. the location is near Terminal 1 but not sure it's comfortably within walking distance (i took the airport cab for about 200 pesos to get to the hotel). they have a free shuttle to and from Terminal 1. no-fuss check in and check-out

Proximity to airport is exceptional. Staff friendly to "happy" (I.E. "sincerely nice"). Shuttle departure schedule was perfect. (driver had timer in view on rear view mirror mounted display; left on the second and did NOT leave a second early which can often abandon last minute "runners"). Quik efficient check in. Bar at front easy, open, affordable. Outdoor walking area in central interior of hotel (outdoor courtyard) was large, green, pleasant and a very nice feature.
