The location and the nice staff.

The shower. I know this has little to do with this hotel, but with the IBIS hotel chain. They should replace those terrible showers.

It was a very good location easy walk to the socalo very safe a lot of security the hotel also has people in the lobby that you can take tours very convenient I also arrived early and I asked if I can check in early they charged me a little more but they let me in 8:00

When I was waiting I was trying to go to the bathroom the man the door said I cannot use it until I check in but they were working in my reservation then later I asked the receptionist can I use the bathroom please I've been waiting for my room and she let me use one of her key card to use the bathroom the bathroom was located in the lobby the reception is there were super nice

The location next to the metro station, the breakfast although limited was more than adequate, the staff were fabulous , the street food nearby

The doors on the shower have been incorrectly installed the small door should be on the side of the taps so your arm doesn’t get wet as you turn the shower on. One lift wasn’t working so there can be a long delay, more connecting rooms - I asked for one but there was none available

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The location is perfect. So close to Zocalo, and the main attractions in the city center and the surrounding areas. Places like Polanco, Roma, Condesa were a short & cheap Uber ride away from here. The front desk staff was wonderful! Extremely kind and helpful! Also, I should mention that if you need a covid test to fly back to the USA, they have an agreement with a lab, the doctor will come to the hotel and perform the covid swab.

The only thing that I truly disliked was the shower.

Amazing hospitality, easy accessibility from anywhere.

Size of single rooms not fit for a family of three. Make sure to get a double room. Floors in the room are not cleaned properly, maybe mot vaccummed well enough.

The hotel is very well located, modern, clean, and with all the covid 19 measurements. A block from the Main Street Reforma, walking distance to el zocalo and el palacio de Bellas Artes. The street where the hotel is located was in construction at the time of our visit but regards of that the place is nice and comfortable. The price is very good. We came to La Ciudad de México just for one day and our return flight was planned by after the checkout time, so the staff gave us the opportunity to leave our luggage In a storage. We really appreciate this gesture because we had sometime to known around the city.

Just a lil feedback: put more people on the services in the breakfast time. Valeria ans David are amazing, but it is not fair with them just one or two getting orders, cleaning the tables and receive the clients :)

excellent location, exceptionally clean and comfortable rooms, fantastic service, basic, which is normal for the price, but cover all needs really well. Best location i could hope for.

Great location and very friendly staff, amazing value for money. The room was big enough, view was to the backyard but not too bad after all, Covid procedures were followed in great detail and cleaning was good, really enjoyed my stay here.

Would recommend to change the soap dispenser to sachets of shower gels and shampoo. Also a small fridge would be a must in the rooms.

This hotel has a great location. Although it was small the room was clean, beds were comfortable, good AC and the WiFi was excellent(awesome speeds). It's a little over priced but I have no complaints..I would definitely stay again.
