Andaz Mexico City Condesa - A Concept by Hyatt

The location, a stone-throw away from Ámsterdam where all the cafés and restos are. Right next to the bus stop too. There is a café next to the check-in desk and it sells a good array of bakery and drinks. The wooftop and rooftop were a little but underwhelming but we didn’t use the facility so no comment on service/food.

The room was extremely noisy at night. I realized that next to the hotel is a hospital/ER so perhaps that’s why we heard ambulances, fire trucks, and police cars throughout the nights. The room design is pretty cool though and the amenities are great (free snacks and bottled water throughout the stay).

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. It was so stylish! All the details, including even the stylish escalator up to check in! The checkin process was great. They made us coffee while we chilled on the couch, and they came to us to check in. The facilities were beautiful. The concierge, Fernando, was so helpful and really helped us make the best use of our time in CDMX. Shout out to you Fernando! Derba had great coffee, pastries and breakfast, Wooftop is adorable (dogs and beer and games - yes!), and the rooftop for dinner and drinks was delicious and lively. Even the hotel gym was gorgeous (I didn't use it of course, but it was huge and had lots of fancy Peletons). The spa pasana massage was perfect. I could go on and on. This hotel is amazing.

I loved everything!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was beautiful and included many amenities. It was clean and the staff were all so helpful and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. There were lots of great food options in the hotel and the Wooftop bar and rooftop swimming pool were a lot of fun! Would definitely stay here again.

The street traffic noise from our room was a little loud, but never caused too much of an issue.

The location was great, close to lots of restaurants, parks, and rental bikes. The hotel was clean and had a lot of options for food/drinks if you wanted to stay at the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable, kinda flat pillows but everything else was great. Housekeeping and turn down service was excellent. The pet friendly and wooftop dog bar is such a great idea. We utilized the 24 hour gym and the equipment was new and very clean. I’d recommend and stay again.

Excellent hotel and super helpfull staff. Rooms we're realy nice and the rooftopbar was over the moon. Upgrade for city view was looking at a building with just a tiny bit of city view. But after I pointed that out to them, it was quickly revised and I received a wonderfull late check out in return. Many thanks for that.

Upgrade to cityview wasn't city view

Location was excellent in the Condesa district and everything was walkable. Staff was very welcoming and friendly which made our stay so much more enjoyable. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The rooftop bar and pool was incredible, which kept both kids and parents happy. One of the best gyms I have been to in a hotel!

The staff is just amazing! Ricardo checked me in and made my trip just perfect. His professionalism and knowledge made me feel like I was in good hands. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Thank you, Ricardo!! The room was just beautiful and I loved the decor. The cafe was a great first stop for each day.

Location is great / close to condesa and Roma (c20-30 mins by foot). rooms are nice and clean. super service from the staff

the swimming pool upstairs is really nice however it’s a shame there’s only 3 pool seats / and the music is super loud which may be your thing (but if you want to just read a book around the pool it’s quite hard)

Everything was fine.

The price, booking gave me one price and before checking out, they told me the fare had changed, from 15,700 it went to 16,482 and their excuse was that prices had changed.

The staff was absolutely incredible and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Also check out the spa - had the best massage of my life there. Amazing coffee shop in the lobby with great service. Will be returning to Mexico City just to stay here again. This is truly a 10/10 hotel in every way and the staff brings it up to a 12/10.
