It's a premium apartment having everything that I needed even a tap with filtered water. There is a laundry room in the building. 24H Reception. Check-in was smooth (they ask to send an ID and verify yourself before coming).

No AC in the living room and if you open a window you can hear street noise from a busy street. No balcony (space between double glass window doesn't count). Bed was a little too firm to my taste.

The area was great, there were a lot of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The room was clean, spacious, and felt modern. All accesses were seamless due to the use of a keypad. I tend to lose things, so I appreciate not having to carry cards or keys. Staff was available at the lobby 24/7, and was nice. Plates, dishes, and Internet were available.

Check-in time, their checking is at 4 PM, so if you arrive at 8 AM then you will have to wait until then. Luckily, they keep your luggage in a secure area and you can wait either in the lobby or just explore around until then. There are also bathrooms available if you need them. Still, it can be an inconvenience for overnight travelers, or if you didn't sleep well during the night. Make sure to keep the men's bathroom on the 5th floor stocked with supplies.

A fantastic location in Roma Sur walking distance to so many shops, restaurants etc. The apartment was very clean and well stocked with cooking utensils, washing up liquid, sponges, soap, towels, sheets etc. Air conditioning in the bedroom only but strong enough to cool entire flat. Sliding doors in the living room and bedroom can be opened for fresh air. Security onsite 24-7 and staff around who are always willing to help. I had a lovely stay here and would definitely come back.

There is a laundry room with washing machines and dryers in the building which is great but not all the washing machines were working. It would be nice to have shutters in the bedroom to block out the light at night. One of the downsides about being centrally located is the traffic noise which I could still hear on the 7th floor! I was able to sleep with earplugs but I think the sliding doors in the bedroom could be better soundproofed. Despite all this though I would still come back to stay here and still a 10/10

The property is in a great location with really lovely and helpful staff. The rooms are modern and clean- and there are many useful amenities (a kitchen full of cooking utensils, TVs with casting capabilities and nice toiletries).

The rooms however were a little bit devoid of character. A lot of the decorations were plastic and likely bought from a mass supplier, instead of from any of the superb artists in the surrounding area. There are also no cleaning services included, which takes away from the luxury of the stay a bit.

Graat location, lots of street food and shops nearby. it takes you about 20 minutes by taxi to Zocalo. It's a fine and very clean apartment. Great comfort.

- Small bed for two persons. - The system to verify before receiving check-in instructions was horrible. It didn't work, so I tried to get in contact. Communication wasn't fast and wasn't helpful either. I let the people know this, but again, slow response. (please note: this is only about the communication before I was in the apartment. The receptionists in the building were very nice!) Once you are in the apartment there are no complaints. I would recommend the place itself. But the process before check-in was frustrated and you need time for it. I guess this is only the case for foreigners, and maybe it's easier to verify as a Mexican citizen.

The apartment is exactly as pictured. It is newly renovated, clean and comfortable. There are many street food and restaurants near the apartment building. It even has filtered water at the kitchen sink. I have some trouble with the internet, it was resolved after I spoke to the customer service representative. They did their best to make sure I have the best stay .

There is a strong toilet stench even though the toilet is clean. When I showered, the water would escape from the gap between the glass door, as a result the toilet floor (outside the shower area) was very wet and the bathroom mat was completely soaked.

Clean and comfortable apartment. With a great location. Felt safe for hole stay. The bed was the most comfortable I've ever had. The room only had one window to the back, so it was so super nice and quiet. I had my best sleep in Mexico in this room.

The laundry room needs maintenance or better instructions

Excellent location, building, and space in the apartment. Comfortable bed, bathroom and shower. Good living room, kitchenette and TV.

In response to a blackout limited to the floor, it wasn't until next day it could be addressed, as the right staff not available or on call for the night.

Spacious apartment with everything we needed.

The online check-in was annoying. When we arrived we had to check-in again at the counter of the hotel. It would be nice to provide a small set of oil, salt and pepper for the kitchen.
